Anytime I have doubts about anything I just wait until during the day and take it up there and they've always been happy to help & make sure they save me as much money as possible as well!! They're very knowledgeable & will help you package up your package & write the information on it! It's Always the same 2 people working the lobby and I hope it stays like this for a while! With these same 2 people because they're both just the best most awesome kind informative & helpful people that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They both deserve raises if you ask me!! ??”

“I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding USPS supervisor (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) who truly went above and beyond to help us locate a missing package. His dedication and professionalism were exceptional. He took the extra step of personally calling all the Mail Carriers who were working both yesterday and today to track down the package, which showed a genuine commitment to customer service that is rare and deeply appreciated.
A huge shout out as well to Maria, who went out of her way to meet up with us and personally deliver the package once it was located. Her kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help made a stressful situation turn into a positive experiences.
Thanks to both of them, what could have been a frustrating issue was resolved with care, urgency, and compassion. This is customer service at its best, and USPS is lucky to have employees like them”
“A little tough to find as this location is located in an older converted house and doesn’t have the same feel as a typical USPS. It is hard to find even off of 41 because the green directional sign off of 41 is covered with branches and green leaves. Once you turn on to Flamingo, look to your right and it’s next to a salon and a white picket fence. Hope this helps new people to the area ?”

“Tom is great!!! Also so helpful and pleasant. Since Hurricane Milton destroyed the main PO in Ruskin, our little Sun City PO has been overrun with customers especially with Christmas. Tom is still pleasant and very efficient at his job.
