Natalya deceives people by giving them “free” devices, for which they then receive bills every month! Even if you send your old phone, you still pay for a new one every month. There are scammers working there, better go to another salon. It also connects tariffs that you did not choose, then runs and hides behind the cabin curtain. Mouse !

Don't trust the staff. Especially for women. There are those who spent their youth in Miami, did not find the sucker prince, were not realized and remained at the same level of intellectual development. As a result, consultations at the top take advantage of the fact that the client does not know the language well, push crazy expensive tariffs, etc. In addition, they can outright lie, and when you open it and go to management, they promise to return the money and do not fulfill it. The most appalling service I have ever received. The person clearly lacks customer service training. She thinks she is in 90s Russia working in as a receptionist in polyclinic - rude to your face, discusses customers with her colleagues in front of them, insinuates repeatedly "the phone must have been stolen" if it doesn't work. Lacks basic cellular service knowledge of frequencies, region locks etc. AVOID

Come through this email, clarify and record what has been happening to me since September, when I decided to buy a phone at At&t.I had a plan account with Metro (Tmobile) and in September I decided to switch to At&t, because my father is an At&t customer and they offered us a good plan.I traded my old iphone 11 (64gb black) (I was offered $800 for the trade) and bought the new Iphone 14 pro max. I purchased the new phone the same day at the At&t store in Sunny Isles (17100 Collins Ave #108, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160). After that, I waited for the iPhone 14 to arrive at the store, as it was a launch date. The day I went to pick up my new cell phone, I was also given a label to send the old cell phone to At&t headquarters. I did it on the same day, and then I followed the delivery status. The cell phone was delivered, the promotion was accepted and I never started to receive the discounts in my account.From September to December I called several times until I got the information that the discounts could take up to 3 months to start being applied. So I waited until the January bill arrived to make sure the discounts were ready to apply, but it didn't. Since then, I've been going to physical At&t stores many times, and there they tell me that this problem can be solved only by calling customer service. So, I call customer service, people never know anything, or say that they are going to transfer to another department and then the call drops, and the days go by and they never gave me any specific information on why this was happening, if I have a confirmation number that the exchange was accepted and the payment was approved.Today, March 29th, after talking to several people, I was attended to by a man who was willing to help me. His name is Mike, and he work in the general sales department. Through him, I discovered that my exchange had been applied to another phone number, and that this other person is receiving my discounts. Mike requested an analysis that will be done by the highest level department of At&t, to see what will be decided, but he can anticipate me, that if At&t decides that there is nothing to be done, that would be my word against that of the person receiving the discounts.I have no words to express such indignation with this company. It's been 6 months since I've been trying to solve a problem, which I didn't create, which would possibly be the At&t employee who did something wrong.Now I will wait the 10 days requested by them, to see what is decided, but already come through this email, leave on record all the events and the headaches that At&t has caused me since then.
