I’m at the branch now . It’s 4.15 p.m Monday November 27.I need to close my bank account but everyone who work here is on the lunch and can’t help me . They will be back at 4.55p.m and branch is close at 5 p.m it’s strange to have lunch from 4-5 p.m

It is the worst banking experience I have had in Miami the rudest staff. No envelopes for deposits, just money thrown in the drive through box with the ID no greeting no thank you have a nice day. Please do Truist clients a favor and fire the cubana latinas (blonde and dark hair ladies) who treat clients like dirt and continue to degrade the quality of service at this location. It is incredible that such ungrateful people have this job and treat clients so rudely. I feel dishonored to keep my money here and to be treated so badly.

I was with a Truist client on Friday, September 15 at 430 who provided terrible customer service, neither greets nor says thank you. In addition, they deliver the money with a click and not in envelopes, Latinos with deserving jobs and no desire to work Please do the bank a favor and change the Cubans who are working there because they are not doing their job with love and responsibility

Needed help with a big issue and the manager just sat in his big office pretending to not notice me. Avoid at all costs this particular branch.

Only 2 ppl working in the whole bank... wouldn't recommend commiting here... probably slowest bank I've been too... definitely not opening any more accounts here.

Horrible service in this store. I’ve been treated like I am going to steal someone else money, asking me for my passport every single time I went to this store for an urgency, even though I explained to the same assistant and manager that I am from abroad, and I usually go out just with my ID, because the passport is an important document I can’t lose.Thankfully I had a good experience on the Truist store by Byscayne ave, they are always perfect solving my needs.

Worst bank service I've ever had in my entire life!Branch banker Grace is incompetent in her actions, rude, not punctual.She made several appointments and was always late, without even apologizing.She made a mistake when opening an account because of which my account was blocked.She promised to help, but nothing happened, she promised to call back with an update of information, but she never called.After that, I had to come to branch several times, but she could not or did not want to do anything.The manager of branch Jaemair did not take part in resolving the issue, although I personally contacted him with a request for help.At the same time, both bank employees are rude and communicate in abusive manner due to my poor English. It can accepted some incompetence of any employee, everyone has mistakes or bad days, but disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in any case.Luckily Truist has a great branch in the Bal Harbour area where my issue was resolved quickly, professionally and with great understanding.Unfortunately, I did not find an email address for feedback on the Truist website and therefore I am writing here. I hope bank customer service will see this message.

Made appointment when I get here I’m denied service told it cannot be done and the branch is completely empty then the bankers is supposedly balancing for 2 hours and the other on her phone and the manager locked away in his office and an hour later still no one helped.

This branch closes at 6pm on Friday's and so I made an appointment for 4pm to open a business account. When I arrived no one wanted to help me even though the branch had not a single client in sight. I had to look for an associate and tell them I had an appointment yet I was told to sit and wait. The manager Jaemair Lewis then approaches me to tell me that the process takes too long and that they wouldn’t be able to open my account today even though I scheduled an appointment with time in order to get it done. The banker that was assigned to open my account ignored me when I walked in and once the manager Jaemair Lewis told her she would be helping me she kept saying that it was going to take a long time and that she had to balance and run her work before helping me. I waited an hour and still no one approached me or told me they would be able to help me even though I had a scheduled appointment for 4pm. I left the bank without being helped at 5pm. Usually the client comes first and this was not at all the case at this financial center. The employees don’t seem like they want to work and are very unhelpful. It was a terrible experience and a complete waste of my time.

I arrived at this branch at 8:55 AM. Due to COVID, their drive-through doesn't open until 9 AM. However, it still says 8 AM on Google. At 9:06 AM, the signs still show "CLOSED". I called the branch to verify the hours hadn't changed again. No sooner than the rep hung up, the light changed to "OPEN". I sat there from 9:07 AM to 9:15 AM waiting to make some deposits. No one else was in line. I was the only customer there. The teller did not even look up once from whatever he was doing. I beeped the horn, nothing. If I had a higher vehicle, I would've knocked on the window. I tried to call again, but my call wasn't connecting. If I have to make deposits again for work, I will go out of my way to go a different branch. This branch has become really horrible!! Rude, unprofessional tellers who don't give a rats a&& about their clients' time.

Extremely rude and unorganized staff. This isn’t my first issue with this branch but it’s escalating. I came to the drive though window and Paul Coates finally approached several minutes later, I was simply getting a cashiers check and after taking my card and ID I’m sitting there for over 20 minutes and watching him take one client after another from the line inside, (people that walked in after I pulled up) eventually I walked in to see why this is happening and he proceeds to argue with me non stop and says that he’s busy working alone and tells me waiting at a McDonald’s drive through is faster than printing a check. Just a hostile, rude and un inviting branch, stay away at all cost, the reviews say it all.
