“We rented a car long term for work and we got a very nice blue Nissan Sentra for a very reasonable price. The rental itself took less than 10 minutes and could not be easier. We had a small problem with it after a month of rental and the manager came himself right away and helped us to bring the car to the mechanic and the issue was very quickly resolved. We extended our rental now and very happy with it. Great service, very good attitude and always helpful and being in touch if something is needed. Highly recommend if you don’t want to deal with all the nonsense of regular car rental companies.”
“Best service I've had in yesrs. Bob went out of his way to pick us up from the airport when we could not find the bus to the car pickup location. Thanks Bob”
“We had a great experience with ABC Autocars. We decided just in the morning to rent the convertible Camaro, because the weather was great. We received the car quickly and right at the beach location. Online check-in was perfect and the rates are very appropriate. For me it’s the best place to rent a convertible for one day in Miami!”
“Big thank you to George at National Car Rental. He really took care of me and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. There was an issue at the end where a pending charge showed up on my card even though I booked with points, and he resolved it right away. Pickup and return were both quick and seamless I was in and out in under 10 minutes each time. Thanks again!”
“Leslie took care of us today and was very kind and welcoming. We had great conversation and I highly recommend coming to this location for your rentals. Thanks again Leslie!”
“As much as I had used this location for a quite a while. It’s frustrating that all the reservations these days is online and representative on site has no way to make any decisions or discounts on site - no matter how long you have been a client!”
“Jorge and Tal went above and beyond to make sure my car return process was quick and easy. Their customer service was outstanding — and they even helped me save money! I was also able to keep the rental for an extended time, which made everything so much easier. The whole experience was hassle-free, stress-free, and very affordable. I highly recommend coming to this rental company!”
“I’ve been a regular customer at this Enterprise location for over two years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Jonathan, Davron, Jordin, and Dario are absolutely wonderful. I rent cars pretty often — sometimes for just a few days, sometimes for longer periods — and they already know me and what kind of cars I prefer. When I call or make a reservation, I often hear, “We know what you like — we have this or this option for you.” 😊 That kind of personal attention really makes a difference. Even when they’re sold out or don’t have exactly what I reserved, they always do their best to find me something and then get me into the right car as soon as possible. Extensions or changes are always easy — I can just call, and they genuinely try to help instead of making everything complicated. I’ll admit, I can be a picky customer when it comes to cars 😂, but these guys are always friendly, patient, helpful, and happy to see me. Before becoming a regular here, I used to rent from Sixt, but the personal treatment and loyalty I get from this Enterprise team are a huge reason I stayed with them. After more than two years, it honestly feels good to walk into a rental office where people know you, remember your preferences, smile when they see you, and actually care about keeping you as a customer. Thank you, Jonathan, Davron, Jordin, and Dario — you guys are the best! ❤”
