Really bad experience. Staff is friendly but just completely incompetent. I had to catch my bus to Orlando yet they wasted 15min because of register problems. First the only cash register was occupied by a man who just couldn't figure it out even the woman tried to help. I ended up taking another self check out, but it voided my coupon which was $10 now once in the slot you can't get it back, the manager has to come to open the whole thing up. Said she's help me at a regular register then proceeded to help another customer first. How can you waste people's time like that omg just drop the self check out registers already and have someone just help the normal way because this was ridiculous.
