Always pharmacist has a terrible attitude. Yesterday I picked up some prescriptions, at 6:30 pm. I realized that my albuteral was missing. I asked him if he please renew It as I was already there. He said no. It's too late. I reminded him we still have 30 minutes before thr pharmacy closes. He insisted that he has no time to attend a long time patient. The med is prepackaged so all he's gotta due is print the label and slap it on the little box. I hear that the pharmacies in Publix are there to serve and they back it up with action. The pharmacist is a Russian man. And he couldn't have a colder personality.

this is a low class CVS. I lived here from California Newport Beach for a year every single one in Miami's disgusting today I went into this one which is not my regular one and the woman was so loud speaking in half Spanish at the check up, looking over and pressing buttons for me I just left and went, picked up my stuff and went to another register, and I pressed no receipt and she was yelling after me like someone out of a low class homeless shelter is this your receipt I highly suggest that you train your people to speak English and also how do they speak to people it's really disgusting and also sending when you spend a lot of money there

We usually stop at another CVS but this one is our go-to when our local one doesn't have what we need in stock. The team members are pretty friendly and they usually have what we need so no complaints at all

Low trained staff, they don't know how to service customers with UPS, Kodak pictures, and other services. I waste 1 hour of my life there. Dear management, do something with level of service in this store. We are customers and we are looking forward for respect and normal service at least!

Your typical CVS. Self checkout only opens at 8. Lots of things out of place and causes pricing confusion.

Great pharmacy staff. The store itself is live every other CVS. Note that I am reviewing the CVS at 183 St and Collins, not the Navarro that is very close to it, which is not very good at all.

How does a CVS employee not know what distilled water is. Security onsite for safety but the audible alarm for people entering cosmetics is not really a deterrent.

It’s a good, well stocked store - problem is that they are understaffed and the money order buying process is archaic - need ID and cash only to buy a money order.

Really awful experience. Went to cash out and the lady basically threw my change at me and told me to move to help the next guest. All i needed was a minute to pick my change up.

I love the Pharmacy Service there the staffs are awesome and especially Mr.Roland the Pharmacist he goes above and beyond for his customers always! Mr. Roland is beyond amazing with the exceptional service he provides to us customers, he always willingly helping us the customers and the excellent part he always helping his co-worker he definitely quick to stop what his doing to get on the register to avoid anyone waiting and also my medication always filled in ready for pick up always! Thank you for the excellent experience Mr. Roland there’s not enough words I’ve could ever say to thank him enough and I’m so glad to have him as our pharmacist making a difference in our life everyday and than for being our hero and we love him and he is definitely a great asset to the company!Thank you a million times,Sherly

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! LOST MY WALLET HERE NOOOOO ONE WANTED TO HELP ME AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES.They were so disrespectful to me and offered no help or not even a slight concern. Immediately said they can’t help or wouldn’t do anything to even check if anyone returned my wallet.They care nothing. Disgusting customer service.
