There are rarely employees available at the counter, forcing customers to wait for extended periods or seek assistance inside the store.
When service is finally provided, the attitude is cold and unprofessional, giving the impression that the task is being performed out of obligation, with little courtesy or engagement.

Really more like two stars ⭐⭐ but we want them to stay in business. It's really all about customer service, and they haven't really figured that out yet. Avoid interacting with the employees, come prepared, and use the drop box.
By the way, they seemed to be out of every type of envelope and it was a real chore just getting a few. Hard to sustain a business like that.
Shall I mention that the parking sucked, and there was a homeless guy outside of the front door - real appealing, and helpful to a business.

There is no FedEx personnel or supplies, it’s just a rack to drop off, so if you need anything else besides drop off avoid this location.
