“I want to recognize Pat at the seafood counter for providing exceptional customer service. She was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
What impressed me the most was how clean and organized she kept everything. You could tell she takes great pride in her work and truly cares about doing things the right way. It’s rare to come across someone who is so attentive, professional, and welcoming all at the same time.
Pat made my shopping experience a pleasure, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Publix is lucky to have her!”

“Place is always crowded.
Few spots to park.
You can find inside what you are looking for.
Clean premises.
Affordable prices.
ATM and water machines to refill your bottles outside.
Bakery inside. Recommend to go first thing in the morning. Things are fresh out the oven.
Nice staff.
Cash or card.”
“Fresh organic fruits and vegetables, maybe a little more expensive than other places.
Helpful employees, and clean environment.

“LOOKS VERY CLEAN! I was in publix today 02/02/2025. Ms. Patricia gave excellent customer ? service. As long as I have been coming to the deli no one ever asked me to chop up my vegetables for my sandwich. She's very friendly and professional.”
“Good place for liquor. Liquor store is on the side of the publix building outside not inside. My fiance and I were confused at first. Staff is friendly and liquor at good prices!”

“I just moved out of the jungle that these days is New York City.
If they only had a supermarket half as good and half as inexpensive as Publix, New York would be a better place!
Publix has fresh everything. You don't have to check expiration dates on everything like you must do at Gristedes.
Publix has clean, wide aisles. All the staff are polite. It is a pleasure to go there!”
“Visited the store on 10/30/25 at 0945. gentleman that was working there with the beard was incredibly helpful patient and excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back. Bought some creatine at a competitive price and overall was happy with my experience.?”
“Antonio attended me today and helped me in picking out supplements, he was very knowledgeable and extremely kind! In a place where it can be intimidating if you’re not knowledgeable in the supplements world - he was the best to have me helped out, if you’re coming here ask for Antonio!”

“I’ve been shopping at this Skylake Publix for over 15 years, and one thing that has always stood out is the amazing customer service. Anderton is truly exceptional. He’s always smiling, always willing to help, and never misses a chance to say hello or greet me with a friendly fist bump.
Over the years, I’ve seen many of the same employees working here, which says a lot about this Publix. But Anderton is the one person who consistently recognizes me and makes me feel welcome every single time I walk through the doors. It’s those small acts of kindness that make a big difference.
Thank you, Anderton, for always going above and beyond. Your positive attitude and genuine friendliness are a big reason why shopping here is such a great experience.”
“Stopped by this GNC location today and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The woman working the register, an older Jamaican lady, was incredibly warm, super helpful, and genuinely delightful to interact with. She took her time to help me pick what I needed and made the whole visit enjoyable. I walked out with a smile on my face. GNC is lucky to have her representing the brand.”
“I always have such a great experience with the entire team at the Publix Pharmacy at Lohemans Plaza in Aventura, but I especially want to mention Yvelane. She is incredibly efficient, friendly, and professional and she truly makes all the difference. Her kindness and the excellent care from the whole team are the reason why I continue to choose this Pharmacy. Keep on the great work, I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world.”
