“After my original moving company canceled on me ONE HOUR before my 2:30 PM pickup, I was honestly in panic mode. I had my building elevator reserved and everything packed. I called this company last minute and they completely came through for me.
They showed up quickly, were professional, careful, and made the whole move smooth despite the situation.
One of my TVs was unfortunately damaged during the move — but this is where they really stood out. The owner didn’t make excuses or avoid it. He took full responsibility and replaced it with a brand new TV. No back and forth, no drama. They even came back and installed it perfectly.
That level of accountability is rare. Everything really does happen for a reason — I’m glad the first company canceled because I found a much better one.
