Booked through Booking.com and it has been a horrible experience. I paid the manager Maria cash to avoid the 5% credit card fee and was told she would send my receipt via email and I'm still waiting. How am I supposed to get my $150 deposit refund. The toilet and shower were backed up. Contacted manager and was told the plumber was off duty but would be sent the next morning and that didn't happen. Contacted manager again and she moved us to the unit next door and the sink is backed up. Tried contacting manager again and was told she is out of the country. Very shady business dealings. Avoid this place at all cost. Booking.com has not offered any assistance.

the office fines for things that the building should do, but in fact it only fines + takes payment from the owners, while doing nothing, and at the same time has a beastly attitude, the entire management thinks that they are king and god, and that's the minimum, there are still a lot of things for which they should be fired, each and every one

If you can avoid living in this building, avoid it at all costs. Management is the absolute worst, they don’t work with the people, they expect so much from the residents but don’t ask them for something because they won’t be there to help, or answer. If you’re lucky enough to get them on the phone if they don’t have an answer for you they’ll hang up, if you talk to them in person they’ll walk away. The absolute absolute worst, we were thinking of buying but under absolutely no circumstance we’ll live in a place that’s ran by such incompetent people.

Oceanview Condominium Administration,
I’m writing to formally report a disturbing encounter with one of your security guards, which reflects a serious lack of training regarding Florida state laws — specifically those protecting the rights of disabled veterans. The incident occurred 5/16/2025 when I attempted to park with my valid Florida-issued blue handicap placard, which clearly identifies me as a disabled war veteran. The guard, however, attempted to charge me for valet parking, despite being informed of my legal status and rights. When I respectfully tried to explain the specific Florida statutes that mandate free and accessible parking for disabled individuals, the guard responded dismissively, claiming these were “the rules of the property” and that Oceanview does not offer handicap spaces unless you’re a resident. When I attempted to clarify the law, he became aggressive, raised his voice, and displayed abusive and threatening behavior — even suggesting he would call the police. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a security guard representing your community. I strongly urge the administration to:
• Provide proper training on Florida disability and veterans’ rights laws.
• Ensure your security personnel respect and uphold state law.
• Take disciplinary action against abusive conduct like this.
I hope this matter is taken seriously to prevent similar situations in the future.

I was denied entry to this building simply because I have a service animal.
My close friend lives here, and I came to visit — only to be stopped and told I couldn’t come in with my medically necessary service dog. This is not only discriminatory and illegal under the ADA, but also deeply upsetting.
My entire evening was ruined.
Instead of spending time with someone I care about, I was left standing outside, humiliated and frustrated.
It’s shocking that a building in 2025 still doesn’t train their staff to understand basic disability rights. I truly hope management addresses this and stops creating barriers for people with service animals.

This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare. The property management here is completely incompetent. From day one, it’s been one frustration after another. The property managers are unreliable and unresponsive — I’ve sent multiple emails, called countless times, and still get no response. When I finally manage to speak to someone, they give vague, unhelpful answers, and nothing ever gets resolved. It's impossible to trust them to follow through on anything. The 2 women in the office are the absolute worst to deal with. I’m an EMT and I’ve met overdose patients in the field with more brain power than them.
To make matters worse, the management enforces arbitrary rules that seem to change on a whim, with no prior notice or explanation. One day, I’m fined for something that wasn’t even a violation the day before. It's clear they just make up rules as they go along to make extra money. Speaking of which, be prepared for surprise fees that are never clearly explained. I’ve had multiple unexplained charges added to my rent, and every time I ask, I get a different excuse.
Honestly, this place is a complete disaster. The property managers are useless, and the whole experience has been nothing but stress and frustration. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs
Edit: my terrible experiences with Patricia prompted me to write this review. I’ll keep it updated should management change or if there’s a meaningful improvement in the way things are run here.

Good evening, I really don't know what to think, for some the rules are very rigorous but for others they are not, how is it possible that people make construction noises after 10 at night and the security people do nothing, there is no kind respect for other people who live in the building

The only good thing I can say is that it is close to the beach, otherwise there is no control over how loud the neighbors, the pool closes every time it rains which is very very often, you are only given 1 keycard so if you are with family then good luck, I would highly recommend finding another spot if you are planning to relax
