I cannot say enough good things about this business! During my stay, these guys consistently went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. The car selection is absolutely gorgeous, and the cars are meticulously cleaned. I don't think there's anything these guys wouldn't do to make sure that you enjoy every aspect of your rental experience.I will never rent from anyone else but these guys when I'm in Miami.Thank you so much, and I can't wait to be a customer again!

Came to Miami for New Years and really wanted a nice new convertible for my trip to enjoy with friends. We had a really nice new Convertible Porsche delivered directly to our hotel by Vip Miami Auto. This was the best rental experience we ever had in general ! Highly Recommended !

VIP Miami Auto is the best rental experience you’ll encounter. They have a wide range of luxury and exotic vehicle available at the best rates based on my research. They simple have the best service and best kept (clean) vehicles. I rented this Maserati Levante for my dad’s 66th birthday and he was over the moon. Beautiful car and most importantly I was able to make my dad feel special on his special day! I’ll never rent with any other company. Thanks to the VIP Miami team for making the process super easy and simple. The guys who prepared the car for me were sweethearts. Super helpful and knowledgeable when explaining the specs to me! Would recommend blindly. Gracias Ronnie y equipo! I’ll definitely be back next year or sooner.

If you're looking to rent a car for a vacation or other special occasion, look no further. VIP has the best customer service and pricing in South Florida with clean, well-maintained luxury cars and a large selection to choose from. Ronnie is well-versed in all auto-related questions and is helpful if you're unsure which car to select. I rented from VIP on my last trip from Miami to Orlando and from selecting the vehicle online to picking it up and returning it, it was all a great experience. I'll definitely be working with Ronnie again in the future. Thank you again VIP for a seamless experience !

We rented from vip on our last vacation. I can't say enough great things about the experience we had with them. They met us at the airport with our car and met us at the terminal when we were leaving to pick it up. We even had to extend our rental 2 days and they acted like our personal concierge and took care of everything for us. Then they even text us before our flight left letting us know they refunded the deposit and wished us a safe flight home. 5 star service all the way around we will never rent a vehicle from anywhere else when vip is available to rent from. Thanks again guys for the great experience
