Terrible attention from Mateo, I had to ask everything. They told me that they received the phone for one price and it turned out to be another. I have been with T-Mobile for years. and I have never had complaints about the service but I think some adjustment needs to be made in this branch.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE . POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. This store is barely good for fixing minor issues . I had the most undesirable experience with the manager. He made it very clear that making store updates and cleaning was more important than assisting a customer it seems like the staff at this store has better things to do than their jobs ; assisting customers with Tmobile needs.

Is a waist of time to come here customer service socks please don’t come there are other TMobile store where the associates have better disposition and treat you with respect unfortunately very bad experience here not coming back they don’t care about customers and they don’t know what customer service is.

Hadeliz was the absolute worst example of customer service that I've ever experienced. Malicious with no integrity and Rene also, as an assistant manager lacked professional decorum. A terrible representation of the company. They stole and lied and couldn't provide access to the manager and refused to do so. I have Never been treated worst. They should get serious training for their lack of empathy and work ethic. I think they steal from customers and the store. It's shameful.

I walked into the store on Sunday morning. The place was empty; it was just an employee and me. He was playing with his phone. He did not even lift his head to say hello or acknowledge that I was there. Didn’t look at me. When I asked the question, he finally looked up and acknowledged me. The answer to my question was short and unfriendly, with zero engagement.

Mr Vadym is wondetful! Professional attention with great friendly and attentive service (and lots of patience). One cannot ask for anything better.Changing one's phone for a new one is always tedious. But Mr Vadym patience and attentive service made it easier. One could feel Mr Vadym takes pride in what he does and it transmit to the client.I feel confident the store Manager and rest of the staff are happy to have Mr Vadym as part of the team.Thank you Vadym! Be proud of who you are.

The "Russian speaking" blond girl was very rude. She seemed new, since she was asking other stuff member how to do things. I asked her 3 times to be polite when she speaks, but she continued speaking rudely. Had to talk to other person instead, since it was impossible to bear. Still very upset about that.Please, check who you hire. Left dissatisfied.

Came in to the store because I had a question. The guy lied about the type of an account I have and the phone promotion was going to cost me $800 for a new phone even though they have a free iPhone promo. after I left the salesperson created a third line under my account without my permission. I called 611 and they fixed it. what a scumbag move on a salesman part.I would not recommend going to the store to anybody.

I went to get some information, because I’m planning to change my provider. It is not a very welcoming store. I’ve been with AT&T for 20 years so I need to get all the information I can in order to make this decision I know sometimes when people ask questions, it can sound stupid to the people who work there, because they know all the information at some customers don’t know everything. I think as employees in customer service we need to be more patient and polite. The other day I was on Lincoln Road and the employees there were much more welcoming and polite. However, it was so busy that I had to leave. My advice is, listen to your customer and understand what they need and be patient answering because not everybody works for T-Mobile

More than horrible. We just wanted a SIM card talk and text for their $55 plan. We got charged $94.00 on credit card. They added insurance and line for a watch. We didn’t have a watch phone! When we went back to this location, they told us only Corp office can take care of this problem. So we went to their Biscane branch. They said the sunny isle T-mobile should have taken care of this. Run around. Corporate office said they will try to talk to them and clear this matter. Won’t go. to this place again. We on holiday. They certainly wasted our precious days here with this run around. Horrible
