In my experience, the hotel had significant issues with repairs (plumbing, electrical, trim off everywhere, etc.) language barriers were noticeable, and elevator problems added to the inconvenience. Overall, this was less than satisfactory, resembling conditions one might encounter in a less developed country. In a less developed country this couldn’t be more than a 3-star.

EXCEEDED my expectations. Was only here for one night and wanted to get the full use of the pool and beach so arrived at 11 not intending for the room to be ready but WHITNEY not only had a room but upgraded us and gave us a late check out. All of this without me asking! She was the best manager I have ever experienced at any hotel. Our room was nothing fancy, but was clean and the beds were comfortable. I’m including images from the Ramada website pictures of our bathroom and beds (we had tile floor-some photos show grey laminate- think those are more updated, but no complaints on the older rooms). And our partial view room was more than a peek of the ocean (I’ve included a picture from our balcony). Lastly, the VALET STAFF, in 24 hours I needed my car about 3-4 times, and they always delivered it in a timely manner with a smile and very pleasant and friendly. A job they probably don’t get recognized for outstanding service often but they should!! Overall I give my stay a 10/10

My daughter and I stayed at one of your hotels for the very first time to celebrate her birthday and it was HORRIBLE!! Don't know how you can charge a resort fee when the pool was closed which was not noted on the website. I wouldn't have booked there. The resort fee also stated it included two bottles of water in the room. To our surprise the two bottle of waters were already opened!!! We knew that there would be painting done on the exterior but was NEVER told about the pool being closed! No where on the website did it state that it was just valet parking and that there was a $25 charge!! The room was so run down and disgusting! I killed 5 spiders, the ceiling looked like you repaired drywall but never painted, there was stuff all over the walls, and the air ducts looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years!!! The ducts had so much crap in them that we were breathing in!! At 11PM last night I called the front desk because the room was SO hot they said they would send the engineer. Well an hour and 15 minutes later I called the front desk and the man that answered advised me that the engineer had already left for the night!! He said he could call him and try to get him back. I told him absolutely not! I was not waiting even longer for them to show up. I put the do not disturb on the door and to my surprise at almost 1AM there was a loud knocking at the door! I sent them away. We were sweating all damn night! The manager called the room the next morning right before we came down to check out. She gave us $50 back. Like do you honestly think that is ok!?!? The $50 didn't save me anything as the resort fee and the valet parking was that!! I will NEVER stay at any Wyndham resort again!!!

Beautiful resort and we received an upgraded room for our stay thank you for the great customer service and early check in Horacio Whitney and Jessica your the best can’t wait to see the rest of this place and enjoy the beach is beautiful and location is great

REAL PICTURES of what to expect. Straight to the point. The two rooms we were shown both had obvious mold in the bathroom that had been painted over (poorly). The pool was not accessible the entire stay; and 15$ to rent a chair on the beach. None of the balcony’s had siding which made me feel uncomfortable sleeping especially since the neighbor could just walk right onto ours by moving a piece of plywood. The staff said they would give us a late checkout if we gave them a good review. 1000$ upfront for the worse hotel stay. Maid service would not replace towels for two days; front desk staff was mediocre at problem solving. Unless you’re trying to save money and risk comfort DO NOT STAY HERE.

Excellent service! Whitney and Horacio are so nice and friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We loved the room and the view is awesome Thanks for making our stay so confortable! See you soon. Fully recommended

It was over a pleasant experience with friendly staff, I love the clean room with a kitchen integrated and a stunning beach view. The location is amazing. I was checked in before the time they indicated and felt so relieved.

My worse experience at a hotel. Come to find out they are offering upgrades in exchange of good reviews. Please pay attention to the real reviews. This happened the weekend of Aug 25th. I gave my information to General Manager Hector Pachon and a month later here we are, no contact AT ALL and just a mediocre refund. My room didn’t have any AC. I got there at round 9pm, and no one made sure the room was ready. Instead of changing my room, they sent a technician. This technician says exactly this to me: “If you had common sense, you would know you have to turn on the AC.” Guess what, he turned it on and it wasn’t working. Common sense huh? He applied a strong chemical spray that made it even worse, and the front desk refused to help me stating they didn’t have any more rooms available. The room also had roaches, wish I could share the videos. I went to the front desk so many time asking for a resolution and they were all hiding from me. Vesna, the night SUPERVISOR even told me: “I don’t understand what you problem is, I can’t help you I am helping another guest” It wasn’t until Clifford, just a front desk employee, came in and magically found 2 rooms for me. I didn’t get a new room until almost 1am. If it wasn’t for Clifford, I was expected to stay in a room with no AC, strong smell, and roaches. World Valet Parking is a joke! After finally getting my room, I go outside, only to find my car still parked at the front on the hotel, not the “safe garage” with my windows rolled down, AT 2AM!!!!!!! They will steal your personal items from your car. I drove down from Orlando, almost half way back, I noticed that some concert merchandise I had just gotten the night before were just gone, and a vape from the center console was also stolen. To top it off, they have the only luggage cart available literally chain up with a lock. They will not give it away, that’s not bad but If I don’t have the option to do it myself then the bell man shouldn’t DEMAND a tip. Yes, he demanded a tip for a “service” I didn’t ask. You know something is not right when the front desk is always full of guest complaining at all times, morning, day, and night. Wyndham won’t do anything because they are a franchise, and clearly General Manager doesn’t care. Lesson learned!

INGRID, WHITNEY AND HORACIO , Kesly, Jessica. Great hotel! Nice place, awesome costumer service. Definitely coming back for more vacations. Wonderful pool and beach area. Very clean, welcoming atmosphere.

We had our wedding here 10 yrs ago. Throughout those 10 yrs i kept in touch with Gary. Whenever we were in the area we would stop by to say hello. We decided to renew our vows for our 10th wedding anniversary. Gary and Melodie were outstanding. Pool was closed but understandable as it is being renovated, we did enjoy the beach. All these negative reviews, people need to understand the hotel is being renovated. We had breakfast on the pool deck. The breakfast was good. The Italian restaurant was good too. Very friendly people. I will definitely keep coming back. Gary and Melodie went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Thanks again for making an event memorable for us.

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN. I called several times prior to check in to confirm details, upon arrival they did not have my room type that I paid extra for. I settled on another room with same view any the walls were COVERED in mold not just a few spots - the entire wall! Front desk had me look at three other rooms to switch to, all were absolutely disgusting and one smelled so highly of bleach, I was dizzy. At that point I had enough and asked to cancel my stay and immediately booked at the Hilton Aventura Miami hotel which is incredible by the way!! The Ramada Marco Polo needs to be shut down. I cannot imagine how unsafe and unhealthy it is for guests to stay there.

When looking for a place to be, Ramada was the best option. Waterfront and the pictures looked very nice. Even though I stayed for a couple of days, I could go back again. Room was spacious, clean and right there by the beach. Ingrid in reception was really nice and helpful making your experience at the hotel pleasant from the start. Its a shame pool is under maintenance but I was there mostly for the beach. Room service was quick when delivering extra shampoo. I needed a few relaxing days and the price was very reasonable. thank you.

Clean resort, smell great everywhere, beautiful room; clean and ocean view. The staff were very helpful. Please don’t hesitate to book a room at Ramada plaza Marco Polo, you will enjoy everything; walk to the beach, restaurants at the beach.
