Very bed service when I just need a notoriy for sunny isle public parking. It's only takes 1 minute, but they let you fill in that you need to make an appointment .

This bank is absolutely useless. Bank is closed on a Sunday and yet the atm NEVER works.

i made a deposit outside yesterday at 8.40 am ...the bank was close at the time and the ATM got in trouble during the operation.The bank gave me a credit of 0.99 cents (so funny) and asked me to wait for fix the problem.After 15 hours i still without my money!!!Nobody answers the phone ... i work same bank schedule... means... i have to wait 1 week to fix the problem.I will immediately close my bank account.Paolo Gel Cantona

Had an appointment this morning at 11 am . Waiting over 30 minutes while watching employees walking around , on their phones and taking walk in . After watching them take two walk ins without even saying one word to me I decided to go the TD up the street. I’ve been a client for 17 years and this was the last straw.Terrible customer service

The worst branch I’ve ever been to, bad customer service, always a line of people, while employees lounge, take breaks and laugh among each other, while customers wait. Unbelievable.

very bad bank, bad service!!! I made an appointment 1 week in advance. I had to travel a long distance. I had to take time off from work. When I arrived at the bank, they told me that the system was not working and they could not help me open a new account. when I scheduled the meeting, I left my phone number and email address. Did you call and notify? You don't value your customers and their time!!! You don't need clients! it is a fact!!! shame

This location sucks! They barely have employees and the ones they do have are not helpful at all. They dont take walk ins so the guy at the front desk assured me he gave me an appointment for friday at 11am. I show up friday at 11 and guess who doesnt have an appointment. The service is terrible they had us waiting while they were just walking around acting like they are busy.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service from a Bank manager.My husband and I walked in, no one addressed us, all the tellers are on their phones, laughing and ignoring customer walk ins including the bank manager. After 30 min of sitting and waiting. I approached a teller myself and asked to be placed on a waiting list. After waiting over an hour one of the bankers approached us complaining she hasn’t had a lunch break for two days and she is over booked with appointments, basically telling us to leave because she doesn’t have time for us. Finally after sitting down with a banker after waiting over an hour, myself and my husband taking off work, they said they couldn’t help us have a document that we needed for immigration forms. Then the store manager in a condescending passive aggressive way tells us to file a complaint if we’re not happy with the outcome. Don’t come to this bank because you will be treated disrespectfully by rude and inconsiderate people and have wasted much of your time. After this experience I’m opening a Bank of America bank account because Wells Fargo banks in the area as per their rating and reviews don’t care about helping customers but collecting a paycheck on nasty attitudes and terrible, unprofessional customer services.

I usually dread going to the bank due to the long lines, terrible customer service, and the typical run around; but to my surprise , this was the complete opposite experience I had when I went to the branch today.I went in to open up a business account and the banker Kevin Jacome was just an amazing person all around. Never have I ever had everything explained so clearly or had such a super smooth and easy going experience when doing anything with the bank but Kevin really change my perspective on things. What I believed was going to be a teeth pulling moment at the bank, turned out to be an actual enjoyable experience. If I had to credit someone or something, truly all credit should go solely on Kevin. Quite frankly, since it was such an anomaly, I am going to start making the drive to sunny Isles just to see if Kevin is there whenever I need to take care of all my banking needs how serious good he was.
