Car Wash
Hate leaving poor reviews. 👎👎 Paid for wash. And the back of my vehicle didn’t get clean. I asked for help / refund / another wash etc and was denied.
…note I went to shell across the street first and had same problem. And Neither properly cleaned my car and neither would refund, help or rewash.
Surprised and disappointed ☹️

Came to get gas and was paying with Apple Pay. Was told that if I use Apple Pay, then they won’t be able to give me my change if I don’t use the full amount. What kind of bullshit is that. Don’t come here, they are a scam.

WORST 7/11 ever !! This shop is a SCAM. PLEASE AVOID. I Ordered snacks TWICE via DoorDash. They always have issues. First time using the store, I was told that MY ORDER has been picked up. But my DoorDash app showed it’s ready for pick up. So they refused to honor the order. I reported to DOORDASH. Second time, my order didn’t show up on their system. So I cancelled my order on my app and reordered inside the store, in front of the old lady. She was rude and impatient. Once I got into my car and opened the bags then I realized one pack of CheezIT is missing. I went back into the store right away and told the lady but I was accused it’s my fault not checking before leaving the store. I literally went into my car parked in front of the store. But she yelled at me and accused and asked me never come back to the store just because of a small pack of CheezIt that cost less than $2. Shame on you !!

Dealing with the attendant Cristina is NEVER pleasant. She is lazy in her work ethic and always refuses to make a pizza any time at night, even though the other lady at night does. As I read previous reviews, I see she has been a constant problem when it comes to customer service. Surprisingly she is still remains there as an employee despite several complaints. Avoid this location at all cost!

Working for Uber eats I went in to pick up an order noticed they didn't have the flavor the customer needed. I asked for any other chocolate flavor ice cream one of the employees was helping me than came the manager while I had an ice cream in my hand the manager grabbed the ice cream off my hand and threw it back in the fridge and said non of the ice creams scan. For years I've seen this lady give problems with everyone, as far as being rude and having a shitty attitude I can deal with. But the way she snatched the item off my hand and threw it in the fridge saying none of the ice creams scan is too far. Honestly after all the years i dont know why I have not ever gone to the shell across the street.

Scam!!! I selected the $3.39 regular gas. I was charged for $4.19 supreme + gas. This isn’t the first time this location has done this. AVOID THIS!’ Can’t believe I fell for this scam

When I arrived, their scanning machine was not working with a driver's license issued in Florida. Despite my age being in my 40s and the ID having a precise birthdate, I was refused service.

Worst owners ever, bought a $24 iPhone cable walked outside, plugged it in it didn’t work. I tried to return it and they wouldn’t take it back because it left the store. I was gone for five minutes. Needless to say, if I were you, I’d go to the Shell across the street.

Their scanning machine doesn't work on florida issued drivers license when I visited. Was denied service even though I'm in my 40s and the I.D has a clear date of birth on it.

They charged me for 8 skewers instead of 1something I buy every day and cake 1 dollar and something now they charge me 5 dollarsdon't come here5.5 dollars for 1 very small skewers, its a scam

They ONLY have large cups, and will only charge you for large cups, and don’t care about it either. Doesn’t seem like they ever plan on restocking. They actually told me to go to another 7 eleven if I want a smaller cup!!! What a joke! Couldn’t redeem rewards here. Don’t come, not recommended

This place is the most horrible I could have visited. It was because of the car wash and it was a bad experience. They only put water in it. Besides that, you don't delay, but the truth is, people, I don't recommend this place to wash your cars, apart from charging super expensive. More expensive than other car washes. If I had known what the bad experience was like, I would never have entered.
