Worst owners ever, bought a $24 iPhone cable walked outside, plugged it in it didn’t work. I tried to return it and they wouldn’t take it back because it left the store. I was gone for five minutes. Needless to say, if I were you, I’d go to the Shell across the street.

Their scanning machine doesn't work on florida issued drivers license when I visited. Was denied service even though I'm in my 40s and the I.D has a clear date of birth on it.

They charged me for 8 skewers instead of 1something I buy every day and cake 1 dollar and something now they charge me 5 dollarsdon't come here5.5 dollars for 1 very small skewers, its a scam

This must be the same rude lady everyone is posting about. Had to repeat myself 4 times. Does any there understand English? Not sure the site of bit.ly/711Review has anything to do with the extremely bad service I was provided.

They ONLY have large cups, and will only charge you for large cups, and don’t care about it either. Doesn’t seem like they ever plan on restocking. They actually told me to go to another 7 eleven if I want a smaller cup!!! What a joke! Couldn’t redeem rewards here. Don’t come, not recommended

I've had the worst experience with the owner or so he said Amin, I was buying gas and 3 Red Bull a deal they had for $6 as I'm paying they charged me $9 I asked why and they couldn't figure out that I had the wrong size, something as simple as you got the wrong size, Amin got involved and started screaming instead of keeping his cool become rude and saying people don't read, I got offended by his remarks in front of customer.so I lost it and told him that I was the paying customer they couldn't refund the money back (Mountai) lady that was helping me I asked her for her Boss name and she told me to write it that she was not writing it down for me and couldn't figure out about my refund Bad customer service, so I just took the red Bull and decided to never go back there, I will say I normally deal with Jose and never had a communication problem as I did this day, not the face you want infront of your business,my kids has had problems at this location double charging cards will not go back.

I should have read reviews before stopping here for a coffee . The attendant was the rudest ever. She had cold old coffee and when we asked she argued that it was hot and then poured it on her own finger which only proved it was cold . The cameras will show it . She reluctantly went to make a new batch with an attitude. When we went to register to pay for the coffee husband had a second cup as a barrier to make sure he didn’t get burned with the hot coffee she just brewed and we did not see the cup holder . She made it a point to tell him she was charging for two cups . Then she turned to me and with an accusatory attitude said to my face what are you taking . Pointing to a a bag I had 3 creams and several sugars as though we were trying to take for something & not pay . .My husband then told her a few things and so did I . We never cursed or acted disrespectfully but we were outraged and disscusted at her unprofessional, lazy attitude & accusatory disrespectful tone .I’m willing to bet this store has the worst reviews due to this attendant who should not be working with the public 7 eleven can easily end up in a legal case given the way this employee treats people.We are old customers and husband has the reward system. He’s always on the road and often gasses up company vehicles and drinks their coffee. Points alone will show he’s loyalty as a customer. And yet today if there was a price for the worst 7 eleven in USA this one takes it hands down.Sadly , this kind of employees it’s what makes a company win or fail

Do not go to this gas station ever! It is the worst place. I went for a car wash and paid for the most expensive one, and the car came out, completely wet and dirty. I wish I saw all the horrible reviews it had before going there. I went to ask the cashier, Christina, for a refund and she claims she had to call the manager(who was not on site) to figure something out.,She called and called and called and called and no answer the manager never spoke to me never spoke to her and I did not get the refund. This is the worst place. The are despicable!!!

Coffee is cold or barely lukewarm late at night. This is only place open to get a coffee after 2am in the area. Have stopped here over two dozen times in past several months between 2-4am. They never have hot coffee ever.

Horrendous! Walked in at the first thing you hear is a loud guy speaking in Creole on the cell phone. Haitian lady behind the counter was more attentive on what is happening on the cell phone that to provide me the service. On top of that I did not understand her what she called English??!!??All I wanted was to buy a car wash suing my Exon card. I ran the card 3 times and she said it was declined. I ran my debit card and she said again declined??? Does she know what she is doing? A the end she figure it our but the noise from her cell phone is too over bearing and that needs to STOP!! Hire people who understand the English language and rece3ive the proper training. I called Exxon to see if my card was was damaged or turned off, it was not., This Haitian lady has no concept on the business and how to provide customer service. 7-Eleven needs to hire quality people!!

Vacuum didn’t work, they said I had to call some phone number to get a refund. There was no sign or anything indicating it was out of order. Poorly run gas station with lazy staff. Avoid.

06/08/22@ about 1am. There was a black girl working with the most awful attitude ever! This girl just sat behind the counter texting and I asked her when I walked in "Do you have Apple Pay." She said "Yes." Turns out they don't. She got all mad at me because she had to put everything back but my gosh what was this girls attitude. Wow. I wanted to ask her if she had a bad day or what. Store was trashed. Wasn't busy but she just sat there on here phone. I hope the owners see this.

Horrible customer service. I went this week around 11:30 pm and the cashier was sitting outside talking on the phone while I was waiting to be rung up. Extremely rude young girl with dreadlocks. She then had this attitude like if I was interrupting her conversation. When I asked for her name she first refused and said she didn’t need to tell me sh*t. Wasn’t wearing a name tag either. Horrible horrible customer service. Never coming to this place again.

Not customer oriented, poor communication , no service , very rude . First I had to go back for my id which was in the car, that's fine , it's not what you say, but how you say it . Thought I'd never come back . Included a car wash, the works , when I entered the wash it told me to back up, the wash never started, went inside , I was told I didn't enter properly I should stop at the sound , not back up , came outside inspected my car, made comment if it wasn't clean, not sure what he was implying , then walked to the wash entered another code commented he would review the camera to see the car in the wash when I went in the first time, then proceeded to video my license plate and car actually getting the car washed . Incredible !!! Never again , Shell is across the street with the friendliest staff , only reason was to get food in that plaza . They are extremely rude and out of order !!
