I have an old 1994 Toyota Corolla that I like a lot and hope to keep for many more years.The driver door would not open. The car is almost 30 years old. Many of the plastic parts are no longer stable and are beginning to fail.Since I can't open the driver door it is very uncomfortable to get into the driver seat from the passenger seat and I am too old to be coming into the car through the open driver window like a race car driverand I don't want people to start calling me Ricky Bobby. I need my driver door to be open.My regular mechanicwho is very professional and reliable could not fix my door for various reasons but recommended to me Willie atAAA quality complete auto repair.Willie was able to repair my door lock in less than half the time initially quoted. The Corolla is not a big car and in order to get out the door lock from the insidea person has to remove the door paneling from the front seat with the door shut. It requires a person to be both a mechanic and a magician.I'm very happy with the finished results and that Willie was willing to work on my old car.I also want to say the lady and her helper in the office were very friendly and communicative, I apologize for not remembering their names.Thanks so much!

Mr. Willie is the "Man". I had a problem with the fuel pump on my Kia.He replaced it and the price was very reasonable. I trust him completely with any issues dealing with my car repairs.

I needed my brakes pads and rotors replaced and I noticed this shop in the neighborhood. Will (mechanic) was honest and to the point confirming the problem. He provided exceptional service and in a timely manner which is extremely important these days. I recommend this shop if you are looking for auto repairs and great customer service. They are family owned and friendly!!

After over-heating in my car and getting a quote of $1600 from another repair shop, I luckily called AAA Quality Complete Auto. I did not trust the first quote as one of the items recommended I knew I had done a month prior. I checked google and called AAA Auto Repair and they diagnosed the issue and it only ended up costing me $250. Not only did they fix everything, but they even called hours after I picked up the car to make sure everything was good! Willy did an excellent, thorough job on my Ford Explorer. I particularly appreciate that everything is done in a timely manner and communicated to me clearly.I normally work on my vehicles myself. But for any work beyond my capabilities (or time capacity) I take my vehicle to Quality Complete Auto Repair; they have become my family mechanic.Repairs I have asked them to do have ranged from replacing a/c compressor, wheel bearings, and complete braking system replacement (rotor calipers pads).Good parts were used, fair price charged for quality work.

1. EXCELLENT customer service! That’s what I always look for in any place.2. He fixed my problems that other so called Mechanics made a mess of! These so called Mechanics, just rigged up my car and they didn’t really care. However he showed me what happened and fixed my car. My car feels like new. He knows what he’s doing and he knows his stuff!3. He’s quick and efficient! Everything was a smooth process!4.He always follow up to ensure that the car is working fine, and that there is a difference from when I bought it in.5. Trust is hard to come around, and I can truly say that I trust him with my car and his valued expertise!6. He will be MY mechanic from now on. NO ONE ELSE IS TOUCHING MY CAR!!!
