Customer service is a joke! They watch you on the camera, seeing you need assistance and then want to yell at you when you help yourself. Most of the wigs are old and mostly everything is overpriced. The store is overcrowded and this will prob be the LAST time I visit the store. The guy in there was on his phone the entire time and didn't even try to help. I saw heard a young lady in the back and he never called her to come help. I wonder how this waste of space is still even open.

I only needed a pack of hair bows. My total was $3.29 and I went to pay with Apple Pay the guy asked me can I add more stuff to make it $5 and I told him no I don’t need anything else. He then told me my price is now $4.29 and I said why and he told me that they charge a fee for not spending at least $5. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I told him that and then he tried to say he can add .50. NO, you can not because again this is illegal what are you missing? I will never come here again, you’re literally STEALING from people.

It's a small, quaint, friendly store. More than likely they'll have what you need for your hair. Your face your skin beauty supply. I love it every time I go. I really enjoyed the store and they are reasonable and that's hard to find in this day and time. The workers are very friendly and that's a plus.

Always fast and friendly. Well stocked. This is my go to place. Not a lot of vehicle or foot traffic in area. I can park, get in and out.

I went out my way to come to this hair store picked my hair and went to the check out counter as I put my pin in the cashier was looking at my pin all I asked is for him not to look at my pin he started saying I’m crazy and then started to speak to his co worker in another language I then asked for a refund he then told me not to night come back tomorrow. This is certainly not a place I will visit again and I hope this help someone to not go because to them it’s ok that they look at your card pin while you purchase items.

If it wasn’t so far away I would keep coming here. They have a good selection of hair and hair products. The employees are helpful and nice as well.
