I didn't like it, on October 20, the store manager, not the sellers but the managers who think that they are gods there and everyone should bow to them, refused a LBM, not a refund, but a simple exchange of the T-shirt for another one of the same kind, because it was tried on

I visit this store 2-3 times a year. I have always been pleased with the service. But today, July 21, 2024, in this store I met the best service of my life.
I am not young, I have been to many clothing stores in more than twenty countries, including European countries. But today the staff at the Aéropostale store in Sawgrass Mills won me over.
It so happened that in search of the right sizes I had to communicate with several (five or six) store employees. At the same time, I did not feel the slightest sign of importunity from the sellers. And EACH of these young guys and girls was helpful, attentive, polite and sympathetic. Even though my English is not very perfect.
I may not have found everything I wanted, but the guys tried their best and I left the store with my purchases.
Guys, thank you very much.

Aeropostale in Sawgrass Mills had a really great sale. Buy 1 get 1 free on jeans and cargo pants! At 1st I was skeptical about the quality of the jeans but that doubt quickly turned to joy lol. The quality is great and they fit perfectly.I really liked that I could buy a particular style and get another style of jeans with the same price in the same section for free. They also had 50% - 70% off all items in the store.The reps and the cashier were really helpful and courteous. Whenever I return to Sawgrass that store will be one of my 1st stops.

As a local, it is one more of the brand. The “deals” clearance signs are confusing, they have one price and when you go to the checkout the price is another.

the black girl that was working today 4/26 around 2 pm needs to be fired. i work in customer service and retail and never met someone with that bad of an attitude. slamming stuff on the counter, rolling her eyes like we are bothering her when it’s her job to help. will not be coming back any time soon
