The service is regular. To begin with, the platform is not friendly and you have to look for the steps to register a package elsewhere. The packages take longer than normal (when vacations or holidays fall they also apply in the USA, although they are not observed there). Some packages have taken me 2 months to arrive (paying express air which is supposedly 15 days). Nobody answers on WhatsApp and landline numbers almost never answer. I think they should improve that.Another thing is that sometimes they send the packages without you telling them, so if you are expecting a large load to put it in a box and save, it is better that you explain it from the beginning. If not, they get ahead. Anyway, it's all a mess and I think they have things to improve.One aspect that I do highlight is that the couriers at CCS are super gentle and kind.
