My shopping experience was made absolutely phenomenal thanks to the help of audrey. It’s like having your own personal in store stylist. Just walk in and ask for her and let the magic happen lol. She deserves a raise, a weeks paid vacation, and her name on a plaque in the ALDO outlet hall of fame. But seriously, audrey’s dope. She’ll take care of you.

Ordered shoes in store because my size was not available. Received an email 3 month later stating that my order was cancelled due to shoes being out of stock. The email also instructed me to return to the store and show the cancellation email for a refund. I did exactly what the email stated and the store manager stated that he was unable to give me a refund because I did not have original receipt from 3 months ago. Unfortunately, the cancellation email from Aldo was not good enough even though the email stated that is all I need. He gave me the phone number to call Aldo’s customer service knowing that their phone line was not active. This is the 2nd time Aldo as a company stole my money. They will not get my money again. I rather walk barefoot. #Scammers

My mom is one of the hardest person to buy a gift for. I know she needed a new purse but has a very picky way that she likes her purse. So I tried this place out and was communicating with Audrey Delano. She went above and beyond going through purse and purse until we found the one that I think my mom will love!! Still have to wait until Christmas to give it to her so I will update this review afterwords lol regardless the experience i had was great and Audrey was very professional and very knowledgeable on her products! Highly recommend!!

This time of the year could be difficult and frustrating with finding the right gift and receiving quality customer service. All of this was made easy when I came to this Aldo location. Found the perfect bag and shoes all with the help of Audrey Delano. She went above and beyond with her efforts to satisfy my interests. I will definitely return for future purchases!

Placed an order in store because my size was not available. The cashier, Genelia, has poor service and was extremely unhelpful throughout the whole process.Next day, I get an email saying my order has been CANCELED and that in order to get a refund I have to go back to the store and show the original receipt. We went back to the store 2 times just for them to tell us there is nothing they can do. Couldn't get you guys on the phone and customer service isn't helpful. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had with any transaction. I have never experienced anything like this and will not be returning to this store.AVOID THIS ALDO

Went to this store on Sunday 20th at 15:30. The girl at the register asked me for my email, I said I rather don’t give that information, she still proceed with the transition and at the end when I asked for my receipt she said that they don’t give receipts and if I want to change after I have to give her my email. Wish she told me that before and I wouldn’t proceed with the purchase. Very disturbing that a company literally, forces people to share their private information. Last time I buy anything from Aldo. Disappointing!

Terrible management at that store. Cashier registers were not functioning, one frozen, the other one only accepted tapped cc. One of the employees working on the floor was very kind helping me pick my preferred shoe and brought me to the cashier to order the size to be sent to my home since it wasn't available and that it would take 3-5 business days, at the the cashier, i was told it would take 3-5 WEEKS, without even checking the style and size of the shoe I was looking for.
