The clothes are excellent without a doubt and the attention of everyone, the incredible work team, in this case I had an employee named Esther, super attentive, kind and respectful, the attention was truly incredible.

Bad customer service,I purchased many AllSaints countries, France Italy Spain ext,And many stores in US, but this store is deferent They have only the logo of AllSaints ,the customer service so bad, they look like want to fight, the customer very rude, especially with Esther you have to be careful with this men , he can fight wit you ,My advice don’t waste your money with this kind of people

I hate to give 1 star. I've been a customer at this store for years and it's been great but yesterday my experience was just so disappointing. So I was there shopping with my girlfriends and each of us were looking at the clothing and this staff was so rude and nasty to everyone. Wherever you were standing she will just cut you and "fix" the clothes where you are standing and curse. Then I moved and she moves to where I go slamming the hangers and "fixing" the shirts. My friends moved and she moved with them. And so forth. I noticed few customers get uncomfortable but do not say anything. I get upset and all I do is stand there and look at her and all she said was nothing but CURSE in Spanish claiming customers "do not know how to try on clothes. She's fed up with this people,etc... (a lot of curses)". So I went to pay and I informed this to the person who is in charge and I get not a 1 response or a "sorry". I mean, they have a job because we as a customer purchase there otherwise you wouldn't have a job there. We are not asking you the staff to do us a favor because we are paying. If you do not like providing customer service then find another job. If you are "fed up" because "customers try on clothes" two days before Black Friday and it wasn't packed then good luck on the actual day of Black Friday because you will be even more miserable than what you are already.

Drove up from the Florida Keys to try on the new Gel-Nimbus 22's. Could not have had a better experience at this ASICS outlet. I hated the Gel- Nimbus 21's, which gave me knee pain every time I put them on (I have owned them 14 months & they look new). Tried on the 22's and hated them as well. So one of the employees got to talking running, walking and the different ASICS models. (I have worn Gel Nimbus about 8 years). He got me many different models to try and made this process fun rather than a struggle. We talked seriously about each shoe's features. I finally settled on 2 pair of Gel-Noosa. They were buy one get the 2nd 80% off. In the end, I got $280 worth of shoes for $179. Great professionalism at this store! Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

I really needed some new Asics so even through I dread going to malls, I ventured out to Sawgrass Mills with a friend. We only went too this one store, got what we needed and got out of there. The store was buzzing with customers. It was difficult to get an associate to help but service was fast once we were attended to. I'd shop her again as long as In don't have to go anywhere else in the mall.
