Both the cashier and the manager (or supervisor on duty) were unfriendly, even though I was nothing but polite. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any American Eagle location.

I was there on 12/26/24 and had an amazing experience. Eileen in particular was very helpful and charismatic she made shopping a pleasure. All the employees were very attentive and friendly. They helped me find what I was looking for. Also, I noticed the fun environment as they were doing Secret Santa and everyone seemed to enjoy working there.

Today 09/30/24 I walked to american eagle and was greeted by the manager Eileen such a breath of fresh air. In this messed up world people have no social skills or even give you a smile no eye contact totally social misfit. Eileen was helpful well mannered courteous she possesses lots of personality. The rest of the crew have zero personality and zero social skill except the black girl with the dreads she greeted us at the entrance. Eileen brings proffessional to a different meaning. Your store was delightful shopping in because of Eilene.
