Josie, Veronica and Vera were excellent. Josie in particular went above and beyond for me. This store is amazing. I am here on vacation and I will come back to this mall just because of this store, the amazing prices, and the quality of treatment i got from Josie. Everyone should aspire to have customer service in their store like the way i received today. When i was in line holding alot of clothing, josie came to me and took all the clothes from me and set on the counter so i can rest my arms. i didnt even have to ask. then she neatly folded everything and took great care with the clothes. you can tell she really cares about her job and wants to do a good job. everyone was in a good mood and i was happy with my purchase. i will definetly be back. i had a great experience. and im not gonna lie- i was a bit hesitant to go here because i have never been to a factory store and i thought it was going to be damaged stuff, but i was super impressed!!

On Sunday June 16, 2025, my mom and I went into the ATF store in Sawgrass and I have to admit I was a bit surprised on how nice the sales people were. First, my mom was trying on clothes and Ibe ( the lady in the dressing ) was super attententive to her needs; getting sizes for her etc. It was a pleasure. Then when we finally went to the counter to check out Anita was very helpful and making sure that my mom was getting everything she needed and understanding the sales too. I am so glad we went. My mom who is 82 was so happy. I am so glad wer werea ble to shop. We cannot wait to go back and shop some more.

Siri and Anna gave amazing customer service when I had to exchange a pair of shoes for a new size. They were able to pull up my receipt online, and make the exchange in a quick and easy manner. Fantastic service!

Anna is such a delightful service representative. I think it’s quite wonderful to have someone on your team that can naturally brighten someone’s day and she did just that. My mother and I did some shopping and she bought a lovely floral green two piece set with a scarf to match that was on sale for a great price. I really love this location. Always feel invited and always receive the pleasant help we need when visiting.

I went there in 2019 and there were lots of quality clothes to dress curvy women. This year December 2023. Absolutely nothing of quality or these sizes.Looks like they've changed ownership.The fabric was cheap.Damage !
