Came in to update my running shoes, ended up with two pairs! They had a buy-one-get-one-60%-off deal, and this store has a wide selection of models and colors. The associate Van was helpful and friendly!

This review is not for store it is for Asics warranty claim and quality!
I used Asics shoes for long time and in last two years I had two shoes replaced by warranty what are breaking after 4 months of usage.
Now third pair is declined by warranty because it is used voucher from previous shoes.
This is ridiculous, and kind of scam since shoes are broken after couple of months of usage.
I think it is time to use other brands as Asics is not what it was!

Terrible customer services. They treat you like there are doing a favor to you. They have an attitude, mostly the cashier. You are talking to them and they don’t even look at your face.

The sales consultants don't know how to serve customers, they have no attitude to work. If you ask them something, they respond very annoyed. I asked a young man with dark hair in braids, his attitude is the worst.

Very good sneakers for sports and very good offers. The prices aren't bad and the service is kind of strange, a local lady walked past me several times looking at me and didn't say anything, she just judged me with her eyes. Queer

I bought a pair of wrestling shoes from the company’s website for my daughter and they were completely the wrong size. I went to the store to return/exchange them and Josh helped us. He was fantastic, made us feel like the most important customers that ever walked into the store! He took excellent care of us helped find the right size on their website and he and is lovely employee sent us on our way. Excellent customer service!!

I assumed it would be cheaper here as it is an outlet store, but the shoes I bought for $90 is sold in Amazon Asics store for $72. I only checked when I left the US that night so can't return. Saleslady was very helpful though.

Got 2 pair of shoes of super quality.Asics is the most comfortable sport shoe at all.Forget other brands.Affordable.
