Emman was very knowledgeable and provided thoughtful and friendly customer service.
So was Angel, the manager, he also helped me and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
The two of them were a great team and together they answered all my questions and gave me expert advice concerning the various aspects of my purchase and pre order of the new iPhone and accessories.
I will definitely be back to their store for sure - and with the confidence that I am in great hands there.

Had a great experience at the AT&T Store! Eman Fatima was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure all my questions were answered and helped me find exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out — I left the store completely satisfied. I had an awesome time at this AT&T store , Right from the moment i walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The rep there, Eman, was extremely friendly and really knew her stuff and took the time to figure out exactly what i needed. What a great service! One of the reps, Eman, was such a sweetheart and thoroughly explained me the process of transferring one line to another one. She set me up wonderfully. Additionally, I had questions about my recent bill report, and Eman took her time to answer all my questions and clarify everything.

Do not buy from AT&T ! They will rip you off and jack up the prices trust me ! Because when I called to cancel everything that I got from them they gave me so many discounts to keep me ! It’s un believable it’s like they price hike and if you don’t catch it they will raise the price or your bills will be different after couple months and no notice no reason why of increase and that’s why they try to make you do paperless billing so you can’t see the breakdown of your bill I suggest not buying from any AT&T store trust me you will see when they tell you your bill will be $100 and you get a $186 bill but I was confident that I was going to cancel everything and after I spoke to someone they dropped my bill by $160!!!! Unbelievable I been paying extra 160 for over 5 years and since things have gone up they tried doing the same and I was not having it ! I called to cancel and they begged me to stay and dropped my bill by a lot ! AT&T has great service but the way they sell there products there all frauds and you should always record your phone conversations with them on phone because they will lie and say one thing to you and when you get your bill it’s a whole different price from what the agent on the phone has said they did . If you go with AT&T always keep track of EVERYTHING!

Store is a scam , the rep added a lot of products on my account I didn’t ask for until I saw the bill. I dee someone else complained about it but they deleted the review. Will be taken screenshots. They have also scammed my trade in and gave me a false return shipping level and never documented my trade in , in the computer. They seem to be stealing phones . Be ware you have been warned .

The entire Store is a scam, be cautious they will add things on your account you are not aware of without telling you until you see the bill. They also will mess up the shipping label on purpose for trade ins to steel your phone. Do not risk it , you have been warned
