This is my favorite Spot to get a rental since I’ve moved to Plantation in 2022. The staff is very pleasant and always go above and beyond to make sure I get a car that is clean and ready for the road . Highly Recommend

Coincidently, this location never has rentals available. So it is pointless to make a reservation. Enterprise is better anyway!

I called on the phone and made a Reservation for a mid-size car. When I arrived and Juan helped me. He was friendly and efficient and knowledgeable about my options with renting a car from Avis. A+ for Juan and the Sunrise Avis location

I’ve been here for over 30mns. The place is close with a signs that says they will be here in 20mns. It’s 6ppl waiting outside. Ridiculously!

The service was okay, one person at the desk and had to wait about 10 minutes when picking up the vehicle. The main issue is that the truck (GREY FORD F150) I rented had roaches and Ants inside of it . I’m not sure if this due to Florida heat or the vehicles not being cleaned well after each rental. I was out of town, so I couldn’t exchange the vehicle but I did notify the lady upon returning the vehicle . She didn’t seem too concerned and nothing was done for my trouble .

Today was my 4th time I make a reservation online and talk to someone to make sure the vehicle is ready to be rented, but thers always an issue, when the car is not available there's always something , I think this particular location 2824 North University Drive,
Sunrise , FL to be avoided at all cost definitely Avis is the worst, so disgusting

Best Avis Location. Great customer service. The employees are super fast and efficient. I never have to wait and all the vehicles I have reserved are always ready for pickup. My go to location. Stronly recommend this location.
