WOW. A real lack of service. I spoke with an Assistant Store manager about my experience today. She could could care less about me or other customers. The store manager is on vacation. I was told she is not a very friendly manager either. Way to train them right at this store. The only thing that saves them is their products. No complaints there.

Great store! Helpful staff and wonderful deals! Enjoyed store. Boca mall is upperend,with several upper stores like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Nordstorms, and Shoe sales at Macy's. Bathrooms at Macy's should be shut down!! Just my opinion.

Went there on 9/28/24 at 4:10 pm jesenia was very rude. She took one look at the candle we were looking to purchase and asked us if we saw the price then told us it was going to be regular price we then informed her that we had already looked it up online and it was on sale she then precedes to argue with us says it’s not going to be on sale. At this point, she still hasn’t scanned the item still. She is also automatically assuming that we would not pay full price for the item. When she finally decided to scan the item it was in fact was on sale. We then tried to use the coupons we had in your app and she said that we could not stack them together. We informed her that we had done it before multiple times then she got her manager William to confirm and he proceeded to tell us that we might have thought we had done it before but you haven’t. This comment was very rude as we have been coming to this location for years and have been stacking coupons as well. I do not mind not being able to stack them together and paying full price but at least try to scan them to see if they will work it’s that simple don’t stand there and argue with me when you haven’t even tried. All it takes is 1 second to scan.

Went shopping for an anniversary present and Elsa was amazing help ! Great customer service. What I didn’t understand was why loss prevention was stand at the door after I finished shopping with help of an employee. The manager was great as well very patient and listened.
