Time is money! I have been here for more then 45 minutes for a cashier check. I have bank teller experience, it does not take 45 minutes to do a cashier’s check. Granted of that 45 minutes, 10 minutes was to count the money. This branch has to learn to do things more efficiently, and understand and respect their client’s time. I hate coming to Truist because every time I come here to do something more complicate then a deposit, it’s seems to become a task of its own, I would rather go to Wells Fargo 1000% more.

I agree with the one star reviews. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t return voicemail. I tried to contact them for two days to no avail. Finally went in person and was given different excuses, one from a customer service rep and the other from the manager. They simply don’t care! Horrible!

This branch is horrible. Rose is the worst. Nobody at this branch wants to work and they are rude. If a person takes the time to come into a bank it is because they want in person service not a person directing them to go online. They do anything to keep from working here. They rarely answer the phone. When you make an appointment you still have to wait 30 minutes. Suntrust and Truist have lost my business forever. Suntrust is not what it was 10 years ago.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I went to the drive thru this morning to make a withdrawal from my account. The teller at the window was so rude and unhuman. Even with multiple forms of Id my social and my online banking she would not allow me make a withdrawal from my account without my debit card which I explained to her that i had it canceled due to strange activity the day prior. She did not want to take any extra steps to assist me. Pure laziness!!!! I went to another suntrust the teller I had was great with a wonderful attitude she made calls for me and I was allowed to make a withdrawal from my account with no issues

Location on Broward boulevard has relocated & the staff had little to no information to offer about this. When I finally found the new location there was only one working lane in the drive-thru. Get it together Suntrust! As if your archaic technology & sloth-like service weren't enough, now this? I've been a loyal customer since 2001, but not for much longer unless things improve after this merger with BB&T.

Half the time I go to this branch (closest to my home) The ATM is not in service and I have to go inside and after waiting longer than necessary, due r clerk up front doing another task, drive thru, or leaving for lunch, i almost end up having Winsome helping me and she has the worst attitude. Why did you have to clear the one on sunrise??

Great bank to do business with! Gina, Carrie and Vincent are very helpful customer service people for your banking needs. Gina does Notary service.Gina is one of the nice person there!No complaint here. I've been going here for years.

The teller vinny. Was extremely helpful but the lady Gina would not help my aunt from the drive threw she has scabies and cant come in to verify her identity to get a credit card approval to be sent to our house .n we desperately needed needed bed it and unfortunately cant go inside it will infect everyone nd the teller gina would not do what the corporate told me and my aunt to do we were told to go to bank teller line drive theew and tell her to look at the notes and make a note that we came to there to verify identity for credit card approval

If you're a customer you have your own business this is not the place to go, the lady does not use the computer as you turning your checks And she wants everything signed , at this location. Over 5 branches do not do this the hospitality is not so good

Dear BLACK/LATINO PEOPLE don't come here. I'm black and Latino and I agree with others on their reviews posted here. They provide horrible service to minorities but are quick to take your money. The bankers here lack professionalism and treat you as if you're ignorant or uneducated while they are horrible at their job. They are the ones that lack the capacity and skills to do their job. It's always something with this bank but today was the last straw nd removed all my money out of this bank and went across the street to TD Bank where you are greeted and treated with respect as customers are supposed to be treated. Avoid BB&T bank in general and avoid going to this location filled with Incompetent racist dummies. Just look at all the good reviews and tell me who they come from?! Hmmm....exactly. Good Day.
