I have a 2014 Mazda 3 Sport with 111,000 miles on it and I was warned by the dealer 40,000 miles ago that my entire front suspension was shot. I drive for my full time job 500 Miles per week and my side hustle with Uber on weekends. The ride was miserable. Clunking and rattles and hitting every crack in the road like a pothole. I don’t have excess money To pay for a whole front end suspension as the mechanics quoted that I saw $4,000 a $5,000. My neighbors on Facebook referred me to this shop Bob’s Automotive. I dealt with Mike a straight shooter and he even took pictures of how shot my struts and parts in the front in. He also said I needed rear brake pads and rotors. I went for it. Mike keeps you posted all during the repair with updates. They were able to everything the first Saturday but the control arms and Alignment. So I brought it back the next week to finish the job but before they did that, the first week after their repair the Mazda was driving better than it did when it was brand new!!! And price wise I can tell you parts labor taxes pit the door was about 1/2 what the lower quotes I received. This is great to have reliable honest repair shop in sunrise 6 minutes from my apartment and a place that I will bring all my cars to and refer all my neighbors to as well Trust what they say trust the pricing is fair. And the work is Done and your parts and labor are guaranteed for a period of time. I will use this shop for any future repairs this Mazda 3 needs. No questions asked. And the open for Saturday morning 7am-12 noon

I get my oil change there all the times and I never have any problems with them they will check your car for other issues while they are at it,it’s up to you to fix it there or not.

Just so everyone know I paid almost 4,000 and had to take it to a different shop because I had a pool of gasoline underneath my car, and were only willing to reimburse 173. The mechanic installed the parts wrong which I have the evidente to back it up. And why would I take my car back to a place where my wife almost had an accident for the poor work done to my car in this shop

Lairs. They try to charge you for problems that don't exist. On top of that, they took my good spare tire and replaced it with a bad one. Disgusting.

They said I needed a brake job on my Audi A 5. After their brake job the brakes were worse than before. I took it back twice and they drove it and said it seemed fine to them. Will never take a car back to them for anything as they always find something expensive to fix.

I am extremely please with the work that Bob’s Auto did on my 1978 Chevy C/K. I had a mysterious, intermittent, loud clanging sound coming from something under the truck, but as luck would have it, it stopped making the sound when I arrived at the garage. They were able to find that the U Joints needed to be replaced, and were very reasonable in their price and labor.
Everyone at the shop was courteous and personable, there was excellent communication, and they got the work done the fast, and of course fixed the problem. In addition they are open 6 days a week, and early on Saturday, which helped me tremendously.
I am so happy that I was referred to them.
