“Year 2025 i was desperate to find someone to file taxes for my husband and i. We had decided the year prior that it was the last yr with our previous accountant, this was just due to some small hiccups with had with such person and also we werent in the same state any longer. (my husband had been with this accountant for 15yrs) so it was a big deal for us. i started my search, and i focused on finding some one with good reviews obviously and also someone in my area. i came across several places, i called but they would never get back to me, at this point i was running around time as it was already April. i talked to Mr. Beir and my first impression of him was that he was a very straightforward person, also was willing to squeeze me in with such short notice and although i didnt like his advice at the time i appreciated the fact that he didnt tell me what i wanted to hear, he told me the way he would do my taxes and he wouldnt do it any other way and risk his career. Shortly after that call i decided he was the one i needed to do my taxes with, it wasnt just about his honesty, it was also a good hunch i got after talking to him. He ended up doing my 2024 taxes with him and all i can say is i wish i would of found him SOONER. After that amazing surprise (we got more money than 3 yrs of taxes combined, in just 1 yr of taxes) we then decided to fix our previous 2 yrs of taxes with Mr. Beir. Now all i can say is that i cant wait for tax season! Just 1 year ago this used to be something i used to run from. i hope this helps anyone trying to find an honest accountant !!”

“This is my second consecutive year doing my taxes here, and overall the staff is incredible and very professional. However, there is one issue that unfortunately affects the experience. The person who answers the phone at the front desk (I do not know her name) is extremely rude to clients. Every time I call, she answers with a very aggressive tone. It’s not even what she says, but the way she says it. She sounds annoyed and upset from the moment she picks up the phone. The day I went to the office, she was also very rough in the way she spoke to me and to another client who was waiting there. In fact, when she walked away to the back office, the other client and I even commented that it almost felt like she might yell at us. Today I called again, and it was the same situation. Her tone was very harsh and unfriendly, so I politely told her that she might want to be a little less aggressive when speaking to clients because it came across as if she were upset or in a bad mood. Shortly after, she called me back, which I found very unprofessional, just to say: “I am not bitter, I just tell people how things work here and I am a very happy person and hang up!” If I were the owner, I would have addressed this a long time ago. Clients should never be treated this way, even if documents are missing or something is incomplete. People call because they need help and guidance. If we already knew everything about taxes, we would not be working with a tax company. Other than that, the service from the rest of the team is excellent. But unfortunately the person at the front desk, who is the first point of contact with clients, leaves a very poor impression of the company.”
