Very Very big store in the Sawgrass Mills Mall with a ton of electronics items to browse amd purchase for moderate prices. They have a decent delivery plan for large items. I do notice plenty of service staff in all areas. For the first time I noticed a record player for sale with hdmi and bluetooth but a little pricey - it brought back memories of the 80s when I had hundreds of classic rock n roll albums.

the worst customer service! don't buy your appliances in this store. bought extended warranty and when had a problem with my Refrigerator didn't want to fix it.

At the beginning of December 2023 I purchased a Washer and Dryer package and paid $.1,622.19 in advance (Order # 27714820); When they went to install them, the installer said that in his opinion they did not fit well in space, so they recommended that I buy smaller ones that cost . $1,171.59 (Order #30622), which I did; The second ones turned out to be cheaper so they told me they would refund my credit card for $. 415.16. 2 months have already passed, during which time they have told me 3 times that the refund will arrive in 3 or 4 days, but they do not do so. They are irresponsible and dishonest people who keep money that does not belong to them.

All I want is an oven that works. It hasn't worked since they delivered it before Thanksgiving. Do not buy from this store. So much for their no lemon policy

Poorly run, Went in to buy a Samsung 23 ultra phone. Employee was more worried about a Friday night hook up, then actually acknowledging me. Music was so loud I thought I was frontand center of a Van Halen concert. What a shame used to be a well run Store

I did my order online and found the best price of any store around for a Samsung TV. The ease of picking up was great. I checked in with my ID and they gave me a receipt. I moved my car to the loading dock, and 2 very nice guys put it in the back for my vehicle for me. Excellent service!!! Will be back for anything needed in the future.

I purchased a dishwasher on Black Friday and was told j had to come buy it immediately because it was last 12 left. They sold it anyways before I could pick up.now at this point paid in full. It wasn't so much that they sold my dishwasher it was the rudeness and lack of any type of help to replace it

Do not buy furniture from BrandsMart USA. They deliver damaged, used or factory defected furniture and they refuse to replace with a new ones in good condition. We bought a leather sofa whose leather defects were masked by the delivery crew. After weeks of ignoring our grievances confirmed by photos, we have no choice but to stop payments and demand compensation for fraudulent practices in a lawsuit.

We stopped in here to pick up some pre-ordered items and to also get a piece for our dishwasher after moving into our new home. We got good deals on our items. The service was good. At check out their systems did go down so we had to wait for it to come back up to finish checking out which took about 15-20 minutes.

Nobody under any circumstance should use this location/company. They give a 3 hour delivery window and then show up 35 minutes before the beginning of said window. Nobody was at home to receive the delivery at that time. Got home 15 minutes before the start of the window they provided and they had already left. Called their office and they refuse to come back today to complete the delivery. Also, they keep telling me their manager is “at lunch” when I asked to speak with them regarding getting my order refunded. It’s been almost 2 hours now and still no call back from a manager. Pretty pathetic when a company can’t even adhere to a delivery window they selected. Even the cable company can do that and they’re almost completely out of business. I’ll never use this business again and I’ll be telling everyone I know the same. It’s not that hard…

They almost burned my house down! I have had nothing but problems with the Samsung washer and dryer that I purchased from BrandsMart. I have had multiple service calls for them both with my warranty. The most recent one was repairing the housing on the dryer on Friday 9/22 and resulted in a fire in my garage that easily could've burned my house down. I had a few small items in the dryer that same night and heard a popping noise from inside the garage. My lights started flickering inside the house and I heard more popping sounds. Luckily, I was there and ran out into the garage to see what that noise was. Immediately I smelled something burning and then saw smoke coming from the back of the dryer. My daughters helped me open the garage door and I somehow was able to rip the dryer from the wall to drag it out into the driveway. Through the vent, I saw flames coming from inside of the dryer and they were getting larger. I had to use an entire kitchen fire extinguisher to put the flames out. My air conditioning unit is right behind the dryer, so my entire house has smelled like fire and smoke for days. BrandsMart did not return my calls. It took me sending complaints to the BBB to finally get a response back from BrandsMart 4 days later. They sent the technician back out only to find that it was in fact their mistake when working on the machine earlier that day. They tried to quickly settle with a replacement and told me to take up any further claims with Samsung. Thankfully I didn't settle because when the Samsung Technician got here a week later, they confirmed that this was the fault of the BrandsMart Technician not clamping the internal wires down after service and that Samsung will in no way be responsible for any part of the damages. BrandsMart then handed the claim over to their third-party claims administrator who hasn't gotten back to me in a week. I've left multiple messages and sent multiple emails. The lack of communication once again is what is so upsetting. Currently I've paid out of pocket to have my AC unit serviced, my AC ducts & vents cleaned, the drywall replaced in my laundry room and not to mention the money spent from having to use a laundromat and dry-cleaning services since July when I initially started having issues with the washer! It should not take 3 weeks to solve this problem and more importantly I shouldn't be getting ignored like this.

Bought a new fridge last week. Shipping failed twice so far. They say it was a glitch in the system. But I had to stay at home waiting for the delivery for hours on 2 occasions. I still haven’t got the product. Ridiculous.

Do not do business with this store (or any BrandsMart). The price difference - if any - is simply not worth the horrible delivery and installation hassles. The Frigidaire refrigerator we purchased (Model: FFTR1835VS) was covertly damaged by the delivery crew, only discovered a week later. The prepaid for ice maker not delivered for 2 weeks, then refused to be hooked to our water hose bc their crews are so bad they “will likely flood your house if they install it”. Their so called “Customer Service” desk is inept. Stay away from BrandsMart!
