I inadvertently purchased a product 10x its true value. The prices are not indicated and we know it when he swipes the card. After realizing that the item was sold to me for $200 instead of $20, I returned to the store but there is no refund, only exchange. I take the $200 credit to buy a pair of headphones whose manufacturer's suggested price is $200 and they ask for $300. The seller tells me that he will give me a discount of $250 so I accept so as not to lose everything but when I get to the cash register after swiping my credit card I realize that he sold them to me for $300 ! He tells me he never told me he would sell them to me for $250 blah blah. It's really a scam and they are not honest. I'm from the outside and I really feel robbed but I couldn't do anything. Do not shop here these people are scam artists. Sell cheap projectors listed at high end prices $3000 and selling it for $1000 to make it look like you get a deal but it cost only $200 on Amazon. These people are scum bags they also charged you 20% restock fee if you return an item you never opened. Avoid this store I believe the name of the store has changed but same rip off people

This place is a den of thieves. It was despicable how they stole my money. I went in looking for a SD card valued at $35.00. While looking around some guy comes up, shows me an SD card and tells me it costs $45.00. I thought it was expensive but i needed it, so i said ok. While on my way to pay, this small guy comes up and starts pitching me on a camera and then on a projector. Both pitches were as sorry as a salt ice cream. He then proceeded to take my card for the purchase and shows me a 45 bucks tab on register he seemed to be using. I gave my card, he runs it and hands me a receipt to sign. While he handed me the receipt he distracted me with small talk to the point that I didnt even check the total. I grabbed my SD card and left. Hours later I realized this scum bag had charged my card $245.00. Thankfully my CC company was able to refund my money, I spent about two hours explaining to them the despicable and abrasive form of theft i suffered. Never buy from these scum bags !!! Its unbelievable how they are able to scam you in your face!

I messaged the seller on offer up about a couple items advertised for $39 and $69 dollars upon arrival I asked about the items and the seller quickly tells me his price is now $45 and $125 for what I messaged about just an hour prior.Very poor service overall, I asked 2 other employees 1 who looked to me like the owner and they both turn me down , went to brand smart and got both things at lower price.

If I could give this place zero star I would. They are very dishonest, I came into the store with a very specific specs for a projector and they sold me one saying it was it. The store clerk opened the box to test the item. We took the item home and after testing it ourselves we noticed it didn't do what he told us it did. So we took the item back to the store asking for a refund and they said there was no refund. ALL SALES ARE FINALS. There was a note on the receipt that we could return it if the box was never opened, but the store clerk OPENED the box. So be aware this is a very sneaky company. They are in it to scan people.

The worse place ever to purchase electronics , they have a BAD POLICY NO RETURNS ,THIS PEOPLE NEVER GIVE YOU A SOLUTION AT THE STORE , THEY GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE MANAGER BUT HE NEVER ANSWER OR RETURN THE PHONE CALLS. I Bought a small micro usb phone charger they said the price and they overcharge to my credit card , i returned to the store 5 minutes later to make the claim , even showing the comparable price with best buy they charge 4 times of the actual price of the item . THE PEOPLE NOT POLITE AT ALL , VERY RUDE AND THEY WALK AWAY WHEN YOU CLAIM THE UNFEAR PRICE AND ROBBERY . I SHOULDN'T GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU GUYS DO NOT WORTH IT .
