The produce here is good and the meat and fish is fresh. I have issue with the cashiers. If you look non Hispanic, they dismiss you. No greetings, no smile, no acknowledge. Its only when you start speaking spanish you get a half smile. Maybe it's a cultural thing, a store thing, customer service thing. I only go there If I have to.

They should change the aromatic smell at the entrance!!! It is very strong and it doesn't smell good.

This is my go to supermarket when I'm looking for fresh tropical fruits, herbs, my favorite brand of sparkling water, and different flavors of kombucha and Olipop. The supermarket is always clean, organized, and the staff are very friendly and kind each time I go. They also have a section with fresh warm rolls that are made daily. They taste very good.

Friendly, clean and great variety of groceries. I drive from Jupiter to get the best coffee from Columbia that only this store ever has in stock. I always leave with more that I came for because they have such great products I don't seem to find anywhere else. Well worth the drive!

It was Sunday night, when it occurred to us to go look for empanadas with coffee at Key Food, since we know they sell tasty empanadas. They were just about to close the cafeteria when we arrived and saw that they had the coffee machine turned off and were cleaning it. The worker, Gina, a very kind young woman with a friendly smile, although she looked tired, she didn't stop smiling and told us that the cafeteria was already closed. I explained to him that on the phone they told me that they would be open until 8:30 pm and at that time it was 8:15 pm. She, without leaving her kindness and her smile, told me that even though she was about to start cleaning the machine, she would gladly make me a coffee. She did not stop smiling and very kindly attended me. I asked her name, she told me I'm Gina, at her command. WOW !!!… .I assure you that I pray to God to bless our dear Gina in her work, in her family and in everything in her life. I think she understands that she is the face of the company and that only the humble, simple, attentive and kind attention, she speaks more than a thousand advertisements that she can spend in the Supermarket. Thank God for Gina. The Lord give you much more Gina. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Yesterday was one of those workdays where I needed comfort food, which for me is just a simple Cuban home-cooked meal. Key Food which we all still call "Bravo," is just a couple of blocks away. And, with so many prepared hot food choices, I always feel like it's the holidays when I step in there.I often buy their Rotisserie chicken--it's like no other. You know the Mojo chicken where shopping is a pleasure? No way José! The chicken here is twice as mojo'ed and flavorful. Even the breast is juicy and succulent.I accompanied my protein with Moros y Cristianos (black beans & rice cooked together), tostones (fried green plantains) with steamed calabaza (pumpkin) sautéed in EVOO with fresh ginger, smashed purple garlic, and slices of purple onions; all purchased right here. To top it off, I bought cream-filled red velvet cupcakes for a decadent dessert. The store is always clean, well-merchandised with wide aisles and less products on the end caps--so it doesn't look cluttered like it did before. If you like fresh fish--this is the place! I love their wild caught salmon fillets, cut and packed in an ice bag for freshness. There's so much to choose from that you wouldn't otherwise find in a popular grocery chain. And...the customer service is always great!
