I have called over 30 different times in the last two days and no one picks up the phone. The sad thing is that I’ve already spent my money and purchased a watch at the store. Why have such a high-end product and not be able to offer premium customer service? This location needs to start over with the basics aka customer service.

I have noted some of the negative reviews of this store, but my own experience was quite good. The staff was helpful, showed me whichever models I was interested in and then sold me an Outerknown Breitling chronometer watch. I have had no problems with it. They included an extra strap and offered water or champagne (even before I purchased the watch). It appears to be brand new and had all of the relevant paper work. The staff was great.

I am STUNNED with the amount of bad reviews on this store. this is why i would NEVER trade my citizen eco drive, atomic time keeping/radio controlled watches. Not only the quality of citizen watches, but the service offered by the citizen company store inside the sawgrass mall is exceptional. NEVER had a problem with my 5 citizen watches, EVER !. SO MUCH FOR WANTING TO GET A BREITLING LOL thank you everyone for sharing your experience and warning me about this locaiton. my neighbor has had his eco drive for more than 20 years, never been service and still going.

Bought a watch from this location and the chronometer stopped working within 7 days. After two months at the service I get the watch back. But after another 7 days, there was moisture in the watch and had to ship it back to service center at my expense. I tried returning the watch multiple times but this store to no avail. Watch has been a nightmare, coupled with horrendous customer service. Watch has been in the service center longer than I’ve had it. Did not offer a refund nor any compensation for a clearly defective item they sold. DO NOT BUY from Breitling. Their watches suck!!!

Bought a watch from this location and the chronometer stopped working within 7 days. Sent the watch to the service center in CT and got it back after two months. Within 7 days there was moisture in the watch and had to send it back again and wait another two months. Watch has been a nightmare, coupled with horrendous customer service from the retail store. I purchased this watch from the breitling store in Sawgrass mall 2 days ago, out of curiosity I wanted to find out how old the watch was so I did a bit of reading online to find the date stamp. When I turned the watch around i noticed a lot of deep scratches around the area where the pin hold the band in place. As I removed the pin with proper tools to avoid any further scratches to get to the date stamp I noticed that the area where the stamp should be is scuffed away and you can not see the numbers.In a sense I feel cheated here for paying thousands of dollars for a watch that I feel has either been worn by someone else in the past or totally neglected by breitling personnel.

Horrible experience, bald guy with a bear didn’t want to open the store for me to buy a watch even thought it was 6:28 PM and the store closes at 7PM.Apparently they are making to much money in this store because they are closing early and the staff is rude.

My experience in purchasing a new Breitling watch was a professional and pleasant experience.My salesman, Susana was extremely experienced, and helped me with all of my needs and answered all of my questions.The entire staff we're very helpful and thorough right to the end of the purchase, I would highly recommended.

READ THIS! Trust me when I tell you reading my review will sway your opinion of purchasing anything from this location, or a Breitling watch in the U.S.A. all together. I purchased a limited edition chronomat from the location at the end of December. I was able to negotiate the price to about 2/3rd the origional price, about a thousand over grey market. Once I brought this watch home and my excitement had subsided I notice the watch sqweeking quite obviously. After an inspection and research I realized the braclet on this watch was replaced. Even though the shop lead me to belive this watch was all original and only two years old as you can confirm on a Breitling bracelet. It gets better! So the watch was not only half a decade old, they had filed the links that come in contact with the case in an attempt to mask the sqweeking. Yes this Breitling location filed down the corners of the links that also scored the evidently defective case as well. When I called them out on all this of course they played d*** as you would expect someone who thinks they can get away with this would do. As a piece offering the manager took me up on my offer of keeping the watch since if he sent it to the U.S.A. repair facility in Connecticut to be fully serviced as Breitling recommends for the chronomat every 5 years or less, as well as a replacement bracket and repaired case from the scoring of the filed links. One week later I collected the watch but found it strange that the 2 year warranty book this location gives out for the discounted watches had been signed by the manager of this shop rather than the repair facility in CT. As soon as I put the watch on it began to squeak just the same as before. I checked the bracket and the braclet was the same one so I returned to the store and made the manager replace it in the store. After leaving the store with a new braclet installed I noticed the squeak was STILL there, and the case was still scratched! At this point I contacted Breitling U.S.A. in CT and told them the story. The manager of the Sawgrass shop quickly began blowing up my phone, call after call, minutes apart. After returning his call I was greeted with a very unpleasant tone. I told him that I know he lied about sending the watch in for repair, obviously since he was the one who defaced my warranty booklet with his initials. After some time and communication with CT he admit that he lied and absolutely nothing was done to this watch. He wanted me to come back and give him another chance to send the watch in this time for real. I told him that I have no intention of ever trusting or coming in contact with him or that location ever again and dropped it off and the Aventura mall location. From there it was shipped to CT for real this time. HERE COMES THE GOOD PART!The watch came back to me absolutely destroyed!!! The bezel was destroyed with uneven pressure from the polishing wheel even though it was brand new and unscratched when shipped and in no need of polishing. The case was still had the damage from the links. The back of the case was had two nice scratches from the case back removal tool. There where rhodium spots all over the watch that are much more visible than the pictures. And the watch would not wind or change the date, while the rotor would loudly going against something inside! AND STILL SQUEAKS! The braclet that was replace with a new one was damaged as well. They would later tell me that it was due to a broken reverser and played it off like these things happen. No they most certainly do not on a never worn chronomat with a B01 movement! I was most likely due to the way this watch was mistreatedand reassembled. It is was sent back at the CT repair facility and has had the bezel replaced, the case, fixed the repeater, and the braclet they damaged was repaired. It has been 7 months since I made the purchase. 7 months of not being able to wear it. 7 months of dealing with very difficult and uncooperative service management members. I was literally ignored by one of the customer service management team, ignored blatantly.
