It is the ideal place to find excellent brand name products at a very good price! But you must be patient since they are always overwhelmed, even though they have many checkouts to handle their flow of people on weekends, the number of people who buy is greater than those who process payments! Everything else is fine! THEY SHOULD IMPROVE AT THIS
It's the ideal place to find excellent brand-name products at a great price! But you do have to be patient, as they're always busy. Even though they have plenty of checkouts to handle the weekend rush, there are more people shopping than processing payments! Otherwise, everything's fine! They need to improve on this.

This is my second time in Burlington first in December 2024 and now in March 2025 and they seem not to want to fix their AC hot temperatures. Don’t even want try on clothes. And do not want to buy clothes that people sweat on because Burlington is too cheap to fix their AC.

It's a good store but they have terrible service. The checkout service is horrible...they don't have many checkout staff despite having a good checkout area and you have to go to the other end of the store to pay

I’ll never come here again! Waited 30 mins in line & it was only 2 registers open by the time I got to the front of the line the mall closed & security wouldn’t let me back out to the mall entrance he told me I had to go through the back entrance in which I had parked at Marshall’s! I had to walk for 30 mins to my car! All the way on the opposite side of the mall! Terrible customer service

Can not take more than 6 pieces to try on so when you leave the ones you want around the fitting room, since you have no choice, you come back to find the ones you did want gone, every time. This is after shopping for those items for more than an hour and after telling the fitting room attendant and the person organizing the shelves close by that you are leaving some clothes there to try on others. The manager Pumanti could care less. Not even an apology or ounce of concern, literally walked away without any kind of management response or verbal response literally shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Just nasty and could care less.

Burlington offers a wide range of products, from clothing to household goods, catering to all ages and sizes. Happy the rebranded too, finding coats—their original hallmark—remains a challenge. While the prices are reasonable, visiting this location often feels like more trouble than it’s worth.
One of the biggest drawbacks is the consistent understaffing. During multiple visits, the checkout lines were excessively long, with only 1-3 cashiers struggling to manage the flow. This is particularly disappointing for local shoppers, considering the heavy tourist traffic this location attracts daily.
It’s clear that improved staffing could greatly enhance the shopping experience here. Unfortunately, based on similar complaints from other customers, addressing this issue doesn’t seem to be a priority for Burlington.
