If I could give this store zero star I would. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Managers and associates all have an attitude as if they hate their jobs. Will never shop here again. Corporate please train your team on customer service. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has complained. Also sensed a little that they don't like certain types of ethnicity, unbelievable.

I recently visited the Calvin Klein store at Sawgrass Mills and was quite disappointed with my experience. Despite being an outlet store, they did not have the size I needed in several items. To make matters worse, I found that the prices on the Calvin Klein website were actually better than those in the outlet store. I expected better deals and a wider selection at an outlet, but this store failed to deliver on both fronts. Overall, it was a frustrating visit and I would recommend shopping online instead for better prices and availability.
