Poor service, horrible treatment from the manager who didn't even want to identify himself
I read the brand's responses saying they care about customer opinions, but they continue to provide poor service, are rude to customers, and close early. So I wonder, are they truly interested in our opinions, or are they just pandering to us and only responding with what we want to read?

I have been trying to call them all day to look for an item and no one answers the phone. Stores can’t check inventory at other stores so you have to call which is fine, but not when no one answers the phone.

This store employees has their own hours. They are supposed to close at 8 pm as per advertisement, however by 7:30 the store lock their doors. I’ve seen bad reviews and seems that nobody cares or is in charge here of some decent customer service.

I wonder if outlet means lack of customer service? Walked in, 4 employees in a conversation with each other, across the store. No hello, no welcome, not one employee approached us. We left without making the purchase. Will drive north to the Gardens Mall store where the service is top notch compared to the Sawgrass Store.
I guess I should have read the previous reviews all are right on par with my experience

On Google they announce that they close at 9 pm. I arrived at 8:25 and they didn't let me enter. There were three women and as I made signs to them from the door, one said no from a distance with her hand...: the truth is, although it is an outlet, it is no way to treat a potential customer...

The attention of all the employees was terrible, they think they are the same Carolina Herrera and they are all nacas without class or education, my family and I are loyal customers of the brand but I would never buy here again. They hide the items as if they didn't want to sell them. You have to insist several times for them to show the article.

I really love the store and have been to the Coral Gables store several times! But today I came to this store and the service was really bad! Especially the attention of a lady named Marivel for her unpleasant attitude! In fact, everyone in the store had a bad attitude. They didn't help me get what I was looking for, they just told me to look there!! I find it disappointing since I usually visit the brand but I will not return or recommend this place ever again!
