Last week, I had a scheduled appointment to update my legal name to my married last name. Unfortunately, my appointment was rushed by Phyllis due to an older white woman's walk-in request. Despite providing accurate information about my employment and salary, she misrepresented them on my documents, citing the need to expedite the process for her next customer. I felt undervalued and experienced a lack of concern for my issue during this interaction. My issue was not resolved as my legal name was not updated on all my accounts.

looks like they don’t like latin customer, me and my husband get there at 12:30 pm banks close at 2 pm I know we don’t have an appointment but we agree to wait to see if when they finish with appointments has time to open an account to us ,they have to people opening account and as soon as we get there the male was give us excuses to make us leave from the first moment he doesn’t want to serve us .There is no option for negative stars because not even one they deserve

Unprofessional they do not acknowledge their customers and do not see them in the order they arrive in the lobby . No one had an appointment but I watched as they picked and choose who to see first . Everyone here needs a training in customer service

Bad customer service! I went to open a business account at 3:45 PM and the lady said that she can only set up an appointment for another day.They close at 5 PM and they were 3 empty representatives. That was a bad sign for me so I'm moving to a different bank.
