Branch supervisor Kristine helms is disgustingly rude. My company does tons of deposits with chase - this branch is by far the worst chase I’ve ever been to. Their behavior is downright shameful. Pompous and overly aggressive attitudes. Refusal to help with basic deposits. Nasty comments. Most chases are helpful and the staff is kind and lovely. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I would like to take a moment to give Kudos to Yisel Reyes. I walked in without an appointment and she did her very best to help me. She went above and beyond. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nowadays you rarely receive great customer service anywhere so I really appreciate her going the extra mile. Thank you for the great service! I really appreciated it!

Terrible customer service. I am 30 minutes waiting for someone to fax 4 pages for my credit card account. And it is not like every employee is busy. They just don't care about their customers. There are 3 more people with me also waiting.

Worst Chase branch I’ve ever entered. There’s seems to be no oversight at this branch. They are biased, they treat customers however they want to without any accountability. The entire staff needs to be replaced with competent professionals. I went to two other banks this morning to have my account updated due to a name change not having an appointment but was still accommodated with kindness and no issues. At this Chase branch There’s no one to greet you and direct you when you walk in. After I walked in and was standing there trying to figure out where to go for help, an Associate who was already attending to a customer, noticed me standing there looking for help, yelled out from her cubicle for me to join the teller line to be helped. After one customer that was ahead of me on the line walked away, I approached the teller and informed her that I was there to update my account. She took my information and indicated that there was one customer ahead of me but my wait time would be about 30 to 40 minutes since I didn’t have an appointment. I replied that would be okay, I would wait. While in the waiting area, three other couples came in and after I waited about 45 minutes, 2 Associates entered the waiting area. The male Associate called one of the couples that came in after me and told me that he will be quick with them and that I would be next. A female Associate immediately stepped up to me and asked if I had an appointment to which I replied no but told her when I checked in at the teller I was told I would be attended to if I waited about 30 minutes. She replied that I would not be attended to because I don’t have an appointment and that I needed to make an appointment and come back. Unacceptable and unprofessional. There was a disparity and diversity issue as far being acknowledged by these particular Associates. Just saying…that’s needs to change. That’s the closest branch but I will not go back there if it means being degraded and diminished because I fall or do not fall in a particular category.

This bank is awful! My account got hacked. Reported it multiple times. They did nothing about it and said they had to run an investigation and I’d have my money back sometime in January. Awful customer service: 0 fraud screening. If this were my only account I’d be in big trouble! Never put your funds in a Chase account!

I go in to make accommodations for my recently deceased father's account beginning of October. I give them documents requested such as will and death certificate. I'm told I need to make an appointment. After following up on services and other matters concerning my father's death, I make the appointment last week. I get a call from Chantel telling me they need his will and death certificate this morning. I gave them that information last month. I then get a call saying I need a court order for his information. Appointment was scheduled at 1 PM. Phone call at 10:30 AM. They had all week to inform me of this. They claim they told me when I came in last month but was only told I need an appointment because everyone was busy. Such incompetence.

Chanel was playing with her family for 10 minutes of our appointment then accuses us of being late and not having enough time to complete what we asked for. Disgusting attitude for so called valued clients

Bad experience. My wife & I tried opening a joint account, an appointment is required so we came back, spent 1 hour opening an account & then computers froze/lost connection three times. Chase corporate needs to fix this branch & hire more staff to help.

They wont speak to you if you walk in, they wont answer their phones, they wont even give me any information about opening account other than "go online" (Which I did, and their website also fails to function properly)Fairly certain no one at this bank actually works.

Stay away from this branch. Worst customer experince we have ever experienced. Wait time to be even acknowledged when walking into the brach is a joke. Delayed responses to time sensitive issues; documents that usually take 2-5 business days turn into 14 day response due to lack of urgency from management/staff. Blatantly lied to when asked to speak to the branch manager (being told he is unreachable and out of the country) and 10 minutes later, they have him on the phone.
