I bought a watch online and took it to this location to get a resized employees said they couldn’t help me since this was purchased online even after showing them I purchased the watch on the citizen website. Such nasty customer service. Ps: I’ve been to a different location in Miami and the lady there helped me and sized my watch in less than 2 min. Will be driving out to Miami instead. 0 stars for this location SAD SAD SAD !

Great prices!!! However the two people that it took to size my bracelet did not return the extra links and screws with the watch once they gave it back, however despite that the prices are unbeatable, also they will not honor veterans discounts.

I would like to provide a fair and balanced review of my experience with this establishment. Overall, it was an average experience and there was nothing particularly outstanding or exceptional to mention. The service was satisfactory, but it did not exceed my expectations. The staff was professional, but there was a lack of personal touch or attention to detail. While there were no major issues or problems, there were also no standout moments that made me feel truly impressed or valued as a customer. In conclusion, while there were no significant negatives, there were also no remarkable positives to make this experience memorable.

Service at this location and product quality is EXCEPTIONAL !! already bought 4 citizen watches from this store and a blue angel from Macy's. The quality of these eco drive watch are THE BEST.

My experience with this place was superb. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This are real business people who care about the customers. We were treated fairly and everyone there is very reasonable. I will definitely return for my future purchases to this store.

Great store with huge selection. Just opened so disregard the review saying it doesn't exist as that review is from a month ago and store just opened at the end of October. They have some good prices here. I love the Bulova Precisionist ones, so beautiful.
