Do not come to this store. Staff is rude and will profile you. Coach do better 👎 shame on the employees who were working on 9/19 around 3:30 pm. Instead of greeting and helping customers they were all huddled together by the entrance gossiping. I work in customer service myself and I don't expect top notch service I understand but not a simple hello or can I help you was said at all. We walked in and eye contact was made and not one employee out of the 30 of them standing in the front said a word.

I asked for the gift to be wrapped. They tried charging me the wrong price and then she just gives me the box on the side. ITS A GIFT. Please wrap it it’s not that hard. Don’t just stand there looking at me.

Starting with the fact that I bought 3 pairs of shoes, the 7 was too big for me and the guy recommended a 6 because they were too wide. The problem is that my foot is swollen and the shoe is uncomfortable. It's something that has me very disappointed.

After a great experience at Dolphin Mall, I decided to try this location since it’s closer to home. Worst decision ever. I went in the morning and completely wasted my time. No one offered to help; instead, the staff just stared with unpleasant expressions and whispered among themselves. The women working there don’t seem interested in selling anything, they act more like guards, watching and judging you the whole time. Definitely not coming back.

Everyone knows about the quality and craftsmanship of these bags. I would like to praise the high quality of the customer service. At this store a young lady assisted me looking for the item that I had already checked online. Isabella was very patient with me. Thank you Isabella. Coach outlet is next to PF Chang. Lots of parking.

This is a very nice Store. Customer Service was great! I purchased a Coach bag in green. The material is great.
The Store is located on the outside of the Sawgrass mall. Wich means, very easy access. There is a parking lot near by.
They run sales very often. I purchased this bag at 60%..!!!!! incredible
I definitely recommend this store!
