Worst customer service.the staff doesn't even greet you when you enter the store.i ask a representative for a particular bag and before she attempt to look she said no.after searching around the store I found the bag.this is ridiculous. I will never shop at this particular coach outlet again

I went there to buy a belt on January 1, 2024, the horrible service I had to fend for myself, and at the checkout there were 2 people in front of me and it took us 15 minutes to wait, ridiculous

Horrible experience with the management especially Maria , she was very racist towards like I didn’t belong in the store , made a complain to the corporate office and no one contract me ,next time I’ll take my business to Gucci or somewhere else . Smh ??♂️
