visted this store this past week while on vacation and the manager on duty a young lady named shameeza was absolutely amazing. she was pleasant, helpful, and very friendly. as she was helping me and my husband she was also attending to her employees and she did everything with such grace. her service as well as the service from the associates working that day was absolutely outstanding. whenever you visit this location please ask for shameeza as she and her staff will attend to you and all your needs!

Definitely highly recommend this store for all your Croc needs! Christiane Ovalle went above and beyond to help with crocs designs and Check out! She was multi-tasking effortlessly. The Manager Shameeza Mohamad was very helpful with a smile on her face holding crocs for a size exchange tomorrow and assisting with my crocs sizing. Eddie the district manager was so nice and respectful! Do not hesitate to take the time to visit this store, you won’t be disappointed especially that it’s a busy location. Everyone takes the time to help you here happily.

Giselle was absolutely amazing and i loved shopping with her! She’s informative, attentive and inspired to purchase more items when I only went to shop for one pair of crocs and left with two and two packs of Jibs! The customer experience is number one priority as we help clients and execute strategy. I would love to let Crocs know she is a future executive and an asset to the enterprise! Great selection of crocs. I was buying a few pairs and really struggled to keep trying them on and off. There is nowhere to sit to take your shoes off and try them on. It was exhausting and overwhelming. Please get seating.

I bought a Harry Potter's Crocs for my son and twl of the pins fell out with less than a week. I went to the store to complain about it today (10/11/2024, at 15:30pm) and the manager not only did not solve the problem as well was very rude and made jokes about the situation with one of the employes. I will probably never buy a Crocs again after this awful experience!
