CrossFit Militia offers group fitness classes with excellent trainers in the mornings and afternoons. The trainers provide very good explanations and good service. The place has an excellent community and a good atmosphere. The music, the people, and the staff will hype you up and make sure you give everything to achieve your goals. It is a place to start, stay disciplined, and never quit on yourself.
