I always found staff at CVS to be courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate corporate sending me coupons to help me navigate my personal needs in this difficult times.I was saddened to hear some stores will be closing due to those who feel entitled to shop without paying. I believe in KARMA! To those, please rethink your shopping habits!! Thanks so much!

This pharmacy had come through for me in a pinch. Even with the overload of customers they managed to handle the heat and assist with questions and service. Also the service in the store is extremely friendly and helpful. Jimmy helped out with my purchase that definitely will bring some needed holiday cheer this season!

Wish I didn’t have to give them a star but there is no other option.I’m the only one standing in line and Jerry just shut the curtains down and says to me they closing up for lunch come back later!! I mean I’m the only bone here can you just take care of me? It is crazy but no surprise! These CVS stores have gone woke for a very long time now which is why I only use Walgreens, it’s to bad big pharma only covers my daughter prescription at CVS pharmacies only otherwise you wouldn’t catch me step foot in a CVS THANKS FOR YOUR EXCELLENCE IN COSTUMER SERVICE JERRY!!!

I spoke over the phone to transfer my prescription but the employees were rude. They don't look interested in have new clients. Finally transferred the prescriptions to CVS in west Broward BLVD, a very good place and completely opposite to the CVS in Oakland Park

Long lines to pick up medicine, unfriendly staff.Not sure if this applies to this particular CVS, I received a call offering me a service to gather all my medicines at once monthly so I didn’t have to come several times during the month, it never happened, i explained the pharmacist and his answer was, lol the system doesn’t work we can’t do that!!!In addition plus the long waiting time bathrooms are out of service for over 6 months.I wish I could go back to Walgreens, my only choice is to drive a little longer to CVS at Target!!!

Absolutely terrible service. There were 3 women in uniform working as I waited to pay. I was the only person in line and the entire store was empty except for 1 woman picking up a package (which I overheard they could not find, smh). After 5 min of no one acknowledging my presence in line. I politely asked someone to assist in checking me out. The representative pointed at the self check out and said, "you can go do it yourself". I advised I would rather be assisted. She told me to wait, then proceeded to walk around randomly, in the store. I watched her the entire time. There was not a single reason she could not just nicely check out my items...but she seemed quite annoyed to be bothered. She finally walked back to the register and said I can help you now. No smile, no hello, just an eye roll. I literally felt like I was not welcome in the EMPTY store. CVS Corporate has no idea they are hiring these entitled, lazy, unprofessional people. The standard of friendly, polite service was just not there. Regardless, the "I dont care attitude" really makes CVS look bad and explains the empty store, on a busy intersection.

If I can give 0 to this pharmacy, I definitely give -0!! worse pharmacy ever. They have a really bad attitude, and they lose prescriptions all the time! My advice: Go to another pharmacy. Itwill save you time and peace of mind!

I don’t know how the pharmacy is still openThis is ridiculous this cvs pharmacy staff has the worst staff I’ve ever encountered this isn’t the first incident that I’ve encountered were i have had my time wasted and gas the workers here work so slow and constantly are making errors this store shouldn’t even be open I was waiting for my medicine for 40 plus minutes at the pharmacy line with groceries in my car I had cold items that were starting to melt and I told them and they didn’t seem to care I had to go inside and when I get in there the workers are inhospitable they don’t respond when you ask them a question or tell them you have groceries instead they look anywhere but your face and look on the ground like robots they failed to give me my medication yesterday when they said it was ready for pick up and put in the app that it was ready for pick up when it wasn’t,if I didn’t have to wait for so long and encounter with such rude,uncaring people for a issue that they created they didn’t acknowledge they’re wrong doings and treated me with no kindness or consideration just blank stares and I also even spoke with the manager and he was very similar to the workers no help and i had to continue waiting for them to fix they’re error for 20 minutes more I truly don’t know how this place is up and still running they never answer the phones and if they do you will be placed on a hour or more hold the service is very poor and the person to blame is the manager for his staff to treat the customers poorly is a reflection on him.

wow, I can not say enough about the care and help Kevin, Jerry and the male pharmacist that have helped me. My husband is a vet and does not have insurance. Yes we can go to the VA but if you do not and a private Dr. writes a RX the VA does not cover plus they close at 4:00. They have gone out of their way go get me the lowest price for my medication for him. One script went from $70,00 down to $15.00. Also I just called to see if one script was ready. I was put on hold for only less than a minute. It is a very busy pharmacy and you may have to wait your turn but they work as quickly as possible.

Poor customer services, never anything is ready and the manager use the excuse “ if your not agree look another pharmacy “ nasty and. Inappropriate!!! The girls on the counter need a customer services course.

Well where do I start I've been coming to this pharmacy for several years now I have tried to give them the benefit to get better but as time passes they just get worse, it appears that whomever is the general manager of this store has checked out and doesn't care about all the negative reviews, but sir or mam wake up your pharmacy department is the worse I gave ever seen, I transfered years ago from walgreens where I honestly thought were bad but I take that back they ate hall of slot better what I cat understand is why your carpet office which I'm sure reads the reviews haven't done anything to fix the disfunction, all I know if it were me everyone would be out of a job, issues just like all the negative reviews the pharmacy won't answer the phone nire will they return a call hopefully someone will read the reviews and make charges,sorry for the rant I am a diabetic and require my medication when I need it and when this pharmacy can't meet the demand then maybe it's time to close your doors before someone dies.

I sat at the drive thru window for 25 minutes without being helped. I called the store and asked for the pharmacy department and had to tell them to come to the window. I wish my insurance would use Walgreens
