I own various pieces from David yurman and my experience with Arlene at Sawgrass was great! I had a few pieces that needed to be taken in for polishing/cleaning, the first time I had brought them in, the pieces were cleaned poorly. I expressed my frustration and Arlene (store manager) offered to clean it herself, she really provided great customer service. I will 100% be back to this store to continue purchasing my DY pieces.

Terrible experience. As I browsed the store’s offerings, I asked if they had the crossover band. I was advised they did not have it. I was only interested in purchasing that specific item and I walked out but noticed it in the display window. So I went in again, advised the clerk I was interested in the ring on display and she said they are towards the back. The employee’s demeanor and condescending tone implied that I was out of place or unworthy of considering such an item. Mind you I was wearing my Yurman classic cable bracelets. I asked to try on the ring and I was met with hesitation. I decided to not give that store my business and take the drive to Bloomingdale’s where I’m always treated with respect.

The store doesn’t get easily noticed from outside (we missed it when looking for it) but is simple yet beautiful inside. We visited 2 days in a row because the first time the store was too busy due to a bank holiday weekend. On both visits, the shop assistants did a great job at showing us the pieces they had in store that matched what we were looking for. The selection of pieces at this location is limited because this is an outlet location. We were told by the staff they sell previous collections at reduced prices however I could notice pieces that were still in their current collection and some classics of the designer brand. The discount varies depending on the piece but will end up cheaper than in one of their other retail locations. You can find pieces for both men and women. Special thanks to Sandra for helping us - really fantastic service ! I’ll be sure to visit again when in Florida !

When you go to the Sawgrass store, ask for Sandra: She is very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Most importantly, she listens to what you want. With her warm personality it is a true pleasure dealing with Sandra - I can highly recommend her and she is a true asset for the store!

I had a lifetime revelation as a the accounting department for Turn berry Isle Resort in Florida I had no Idea who David Yurman was.. The Only thing I know this man was yelling at me top lung on the telephone for 18.00 dollars after spending 7 K plus for a weekend with his children at the resort , He did not like that his kids watched two movies at 9 dollars a piece during their stay , He decided to call us yelling at us rudely not even an asking but assuming he has an assistant , well, he took it upon himself to look like a fool and the more he yelled the less I offered him. There is no reason to treat an employee like he behaved with me. Of course I could have refunded him faster if he was kinder and listened to me as I was trying to help him calmly. Well after I let him yell and squirm to the point of no return I refunded him but i made him work for it , there is no excuse nor money nor creativity nor status to give him or anyone the right to treat someone so rude. He could have gotten it solved faster instead I was just laughing at him on the other side. David Yurman is a mean little man So nasty and I would never buy anything made by him i rather pay for a knock off like him, something of less quality he isn't worth it . Oh and all this time I had no Idea who he was at all until I went to lunch at Aventura Mall and saw the name at Mayors window with a 35 thousand dollar gaudy necklace , just as gaudy as him and i said to myself wow I would never. This happened in the late 90s yet I will never forget and thank God I run a kind business and that I still have the last laugh at him for days to come. I loved making him squirm on the phone, specially when he would not calm down. I assume Mr Yurman treats his employees as such and hope his health is good , because that was and will never be a Healthy Attitude. May God Bless Him with Good Karmic Debt and save his children to be better people i'm sure they are all grown up by now. with all my love and gratitude for the Good people that did call me and loved my customer service helping me be awarded the Pillar of Excellence at my Job. I enjoyed other and kinder people as great guests such as Liz Taylor , Whitney Houston , Toni Braxton, Jean-Claude Van Damme. and my favorite designer Mr. Kenneth Cole all true talent and also the best with Ms. Patti LaBelle, 5 stars to all of them yet Mr. Yurman hope you have a healthy life now. and stop screaming at People you have no class.

Fiancé and I came in just to look at ideas of wedding bands. Only to find the perfect ones. Exactly what we had in our minds and no other jeweler had.Cannot wait to get married and show the rings to everyone. Staff was great, knew how to engage with us.

Came in to look at a few pieces and they have an amazing selection. David took care of us and he was absolutely amazing for the entire family. He knew men and women pieces like the back of his hand. He suggested pieces I hadn’t considered either. Felt like I was in the real store but with better prices I’ll definitely be back. Thanks David!

Love this store! Went in to look around & was met by salesman named David. He was very pleasant & helpful. Bought my daughter a graduation present. They have a really nice selection. I was very fortunate that there was no lines when I was there. It's definitely worth going & getting a discount. Would definitely go back to shop when I want a David Yurman piece of jewelry
