Ecco never fails me. There are great finds and deals in this store and the staff is very attentive and courteous. Tatiana is always very pleasant, patient and helpful. She makes great suggestions and is knowledgeable about the products. She even willingly stayed after her shift ended to help us with our selections and made sure we were satisfied. Great place to shop.

ECCO store is always convenience, comfort and quality. My family loves this brand. We were in the SAWGRASS store and the service was excellent! The consultant Tatiana was very attentive and did everything to make us happy to choose and buy amazing shoes! Thank you .

Katianna the sales associate was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. She continuously looked for my size ( difficult size to find) in the backstock & floor she offered to order shoes for me & explained the current promos so I could maximize savings. She was a pleasure to shop with and I will look for her on my next visit. Highly recommend if you shop @ Ecco Sawgrass to work with Katianna.
