It’s been a very long time since I have encountered such a rude service. Beware of this place. My parents are visiting from overseas and speak very limited English. My mother has selected a perfume; and the sales lady started showing other perfumes. My mom used a credit card thinking she is only buying one perfume she selected and when she walked away within 10-15 minutes she realized she was packed 2 perfumes and charged for both. She immediately returned to the K2 counter at Sawgrass Mills and wanted to return the perfume she did not intend to purchase, and was declined due to “exchange only” policy. That perfume box also was not sealed and in a shabby looking box, closed just with a tape.I came to the mall after work and found my parents very confused and when I walked to the counter and started explaining what happened and that there has been a confusion, a sales girl started pointing at “no returns” rule; then declined allowing me to speak to a manager and accused me of being disrespectful. Finally I got to speak to a manager and told him that if he does not accept the perfume back, I am reporting this to my credit card company; he agreed to refund for the perfume we did not intend to buy and which was pushed on to my parents who do not speak English. So far I do not see the refund transaction posted and if it does not happen, I am definitely taking this further.Thank you, and good luck with these scammers and extremely rude people who are looking for how to take advantage of you.

I had a really good experience, I was looking for a certain perfume which Icouldn't find anywhere and Stefani was super helpful and nice. The whole staff was sweet and charming:)

I'm not one to post negative comments, because you don't know who it could harm, but... I felt so scammed that I can't stop commenting ????I bought it at the kiosk near Target, the perfumes do not have any fixative, I do not recommend it at all

I bought at the kiosk that is near Target, I felt so, so scammed!!!!! ??????? They gave me a sample that supposedly had fixative, I left and came back because the perfume was really delicious, but when I bought it it had nothing to do with what they gave me the first time,At least I don't spend another dollar there!!! Garbage is what they sell, I don't recommend it at all!!!!

I went it looking for a soft smelling perfume. The woman seemed to be very helpful. She showed me about 5 different perfumes all smell great. The one I got was $48 which she told me was a deal that she did for us. She also sold my husband a dior perfume and gave him 2 options. One which wasn't its original box because she claimed they used for samples and one that was in the original box. My husband chose the one in the original box which was wise of him. The other one most definitely was fake. Well that very nice and helpful woman completely scammed me. None of the samples ended up smelling anything like the one I bought. She gave me both perfumes at a "discount" but when I searched for mine online she actually charged me almost double for my perfume than what it costs in other stores. Also, it said it was manufactured in 2016 and smelled horrible and old. The store is too far away for me to attempt to return which going by other reviews would be a waste of time anyway.

i visited this store the other day and was highly disappointed, i was offered $25 for a “$65” perfume. I went home and looked up the cologne and it was being sold for $11. This place is such a scam DO NOT BUY

Please read previous comments. I entered the store and wanted to buy a perfume. I was convinced by seller that it is original. I bought. Opened and right away it smells like hell. It is store which selling FAKE parfumes. I returned back to store and ask about refund because it is fake. Seller started to yell at me. They are not doing returns. Obviously because they know that it is FAKE ?. But the way my new perfume was previously opened. Terrible store

I am not a customer here but I walked past the kiosk by the food court a few times and the man who works there wasn’t wearing his mask correctly. Many people passing the kiosk and he’s just chillin with his mask only over his mouth not over his nose. Educate your employees on mask wearing. Thank you.

Haggle whatever price they give. I did not, and ended up paying $40 for a $15 cologne.I’ve learned an important lesson today!
