Hi, I’m Deshonta Billie so I usually love ENTERPRISE I am a platinum member I love to rent. it is times I might be late returning but I make my payments I do what I have to do so recently I just found out that I had a $25 citation I was trying to pay it when I did pay it. They refunded it when I found out why I was on the block list And I called customer service customer service told me I was on a block list from this actual location. I think I know why they put me on a block list because when I returned the car finally, they called me saying it had scratches or marks from like an accident so that being said I got upset and I immediately told the representative or whoever I was on the phone with that I will sue them if they charge me for those damages because the car that they gave me which was specifically a Toyota Camry that car was in an accident right before they gave it to me I got called from an employee at that location and the name was Jesse it was a young man. He was a very nice young man. I didn’t send him all the pictures from the accident because I was driving I had my son etc so I sent some pictures and then I totally forgot to send the others so after that day, they put me on a block list due to them not doing their job before they gave me the car, one I work for a rental company and you weren’t even supposed to give me that car in the first place but me being a decent client a loyal client I said OK I’ll just send you the pictures so and so I didn’t get around to sending all the pictures but I did move forward with saying I will sue them instead of them charging me because I said I will sue them. They put me on the block list. This is not how you operate. your employee forgot to take the pictures of the car I took pictures of the car I still have pictures of that car and the text messages between me and the employee . Please make sure when you get a car from enterprise and it was an accident. Make sure they did their job before you get the car.

Fast and easy pick up! I believe I got a good deal for weekend travel and will come back for rental needs. The mini van I rented was fairly new with 8K miles and we were comfortable the whole ride. No issues with car at all. Staff was also very nice and easy to deal with. Thanks Enterprise!

I have used Enterprise for my car rental for years now, this last experience was not good, even though I booked a month out the car I was offered was dirty on the outside and banged up the Rep. is trying to tell me its 'not that bad' I asked him would he drive that car. Then I was told he didn't have anything else in that category, just pickup trucks he was waiting for delivery from the airport, he was by himself and abit flustered, I was going to take it even though I thought 'WHY' I booked a month ago, they knew...ahead of time, then I noticed the right front tire was bald, and when he tested it it was in the red I told him it was safety issue, he agreed. Then a return came in and he offered that one to me now its getting later, they clean the inside but the outside is dirty and he said they didn't have a car wash but if I took it to the car wash he would refund me the cost...REALLY?!..my pickup time was 8:30 I was there early now its almost 10a....I didn't have time for that..then while I was out I noticed another damage that I didn't notice before, I showed it to the Rep when I returned the car and he tried to say I did it, I told him 'no' my trip was uneventful and it probably happened to the previous renter since he rushed the return the day of my pickup and gave me the car when he had no other car to give me. Overall he was pleasant but stressed, during my return he had to call who I assumed was a coworker that should have been to work but had not arrived, he told the person on the phone he has a-Store full- of people and he was by himself and they should get to the office right away. I don't want this kind of experience again considering how EXPENSIVE renting from Enterprise is. They seem to be one of the most expensive rent a car places out here. I won't use them next time.

Stephanie is a top notch asset to Enterprise!!! I was having car trouble with my girlfriends cars powersteering leak and my jeep is in the shop. Stephanie was considerate, professional and very amicable!!! She even attended to 4-5 people in the span of an hour while I was busy on the phone…Pro status! I hope she continues to grow within Enterprise! Thank you

Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had renting (or in this case not renting) a vehicle. I booked on June 30th via Costco travel for a full-size SUV with a pickup date of July 29th. Cut to the week of the reservation and I was called on Tuesday before the Saturday reservation and asked if I was still coming to get the SUV. After confirming that I was, that was the end of the phone call. Next, I received a phone call on Friday (the day before the reservation) @ 5:30pm and no message was left on my voicemail. Cut to Saturday morning @ 9am , my scheduled pickup time. I arrived at this location and was told that they do NOT have a full-size SUV and that a voicemail was left telling me such. After showing the person working that no such voicemail was left, he immediately changed his story and told me that he was unable to leave a voicemail (a lie) because my voicemail was "full." After, again, showing him my phone and that this was not the case (I keep no voicemails on my phone so this excuse was a lie), he then told me that he was trying to get a full-size SUV and that he would call me if they were able to get one. I sit here writing this review after they have closed for the day with no phone call received from these scammers and they do not open again until Monday. So, I guess I'm just out of luck, right? What a freaking joke of an operation. I was able to rent one from the location in Lauderhill just a few miles away, so please take your business there and hopefully these losers will go out of business. I wish I could give them zero stars because one star is much too high for these absolute fraudsters. Renter beware! Do NOT rent from this place and the liars that run and own this place. Enterprise corporate should be ashamed to be affiliated with these people.

This particular location was quite a disappointment. We don’t even usually use Enterprise when we get rentals, but this time, we did not have a choice because we needed a rental due to a car accident and our insurance uses Enterprise. We chose this location since it was closest to our home, but we will not make that mistake again. The gentlemen behind the counter are nice, but they can only with what they have. They don’t have much of an inventory of cars. There were a lot of people waiting for cars when we arrived to get our rental car, and even though they had guaranteed via phone that they would have a vehicle available for us when we got there; they were even unsure of what they had once we arrived and eventually, they said they only had one car left. We took it but the air conditioner wasn’t working. We tried to bring it back, but they had nothing else to give us. We waited two more days and took it back again but they only had one truck at that point and we did not want a gas guzzling truck. My husband brought it back again the next day and they gave us a jeep that wasn't cleaned out but at least the a/c worked but they wanted to charge us money for it since it was larger than the original car. We refused since we would have been happy with a small vehicle. THEY just didnt have any to offer us!! We took the jeep and they said they would come by our house one day when they got a smaller car and exchange the cars, but they never did. Two days prior to us bringing the jeep back, it had a flat tire. We checked the back so we could change it and there was no jack in the car. We called Enterprise roadside assistance and they said they would need to charge us if they came out and changed the tire. Again, are you kidding?? WE WOULD CHANGE IT OURSELVES BUT YOUR CAR HAS NO JACK IN IT! We called FHP and they came and changed it for free. It has been a very exhausting experience and we will avoid Enterprise in the future, especially this location. Very low inventory and they dont seem to maintain the cars they do have!

This location of enterprise on University And sunrise boulevard it's better to rent here than The airport. Airport have that airport fee the guys behind the counter Chris Mattone And Jeremy Brown They give great customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to rent a car No long lines pick up and return simple no traffic to get into the place is just an easy going. Awesome place to rent a car? I will be going there again to rent Enterprise has great cars and they're easy on your pocket.

Very helpful. Cars are very clean. And I get phone calls from the manager to see if everything is ok. I appreciate all the people that works in the office. I will recommend the sunrise office to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for being so helpful.
